"Digitally Unique is unique alright. This store sucks shop there at your own risk. If you have a problem you will be on your own. I returned a camera, so far,I've never received my refund going on three months now. They say they didn't get the return. The post office says they did. But so far nothing I do or say gets a real response from them. We exchanged at least ten emails to start with. I sent them post office receipt with tracking, still nothing. Watch out for this Digially Unique company or whatever they change their name to. Because thier website has been down for two weeks now."

"This company must be a FRAUD, a SCAM or it no longer exists. Last December 2005, I purchased a charger for a portable DVD player last December, after searchng the Internet for the lowest price. I followed a link to Digitally Unique. After I placed the order and entered by credit card information, the web page that followed was appeared to be "junk". I had no way of knowing if my order went through as I did not receive a confirmation. I was apprehensive because I had already provided my credit card information. I thought I might give it a few days and see if the order would arrive since I think I picked fast shipping. The item never came. I complained to my credit card company. The card company required paperwork which I did not have so I contacted DU. On February 14, 2006, after several attempts to contact their customer service 1 800 361 1016, I finally got a hold of someone who called herself Erica. She tracked down my order by my name and said that UPS showed that the item had been delivered but left on our front door. I said we never saw it. She said she will contact UPS and track the item and then will also credit my account. She even provided me with a reference number. I don't have an invoice number because I never received an invoice when I placed my original order. The web page froze. Anyway, a full month has passed since I spoke with Erica, Every other day I try calling 1 800 361 1016 but no one ever picks up. The voice mail just loops and loops. Today I was determined to be on hold...until a live voice comes up because each time I select a number on the menu it just returns a message "this voice box is full and cannot accept messages". Well, I persevered and stayed on hold for up to an hour. No one came so I gave up. DU has the worst customer servce..I think this company is a SCAM or non existent. If anyone out there is ever successful in getting through their customer service, I would like to know! DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT. "
"I would recommend not purchasing from Digitally Unique. The NAVMAN GPS unit which I ordered did not function properly and I was given a RMA to return it which I did. The credit has not been posted to my credit card account, and the company will not communicate with me: by phone the "mailbox is full" and my emails are not answered. No customer service is available."
"Returned merchandise and was neevr given a refund. Called several weeks ago and they stated that a refund was due and I should expect it the following week. Since then I can not get a hold of anyone by phone, previous e-mails went unreplied, and now it appears their website is no longer on the net."

"Digitally Unique advertised one of the lowest prices for an ATI x1900 AIW so once they showed them in stock (and raised the price by $14) I ordered one on 2/6 (they also advertised free UPS ground shipping for items under 5 pounds, which this item was, but the site wanted to charge me so I had to call in my order to have this fixed).
DU shipped it on 2/7, UPS tracking showed that DU paid for the shipping but it looked like package was never picked-up (no transit scans). Called UPS myself and one of their reps told me it was impossible for this to have been shipped (which turned out to be incorrect).
UPDATE: UPS delivered today 2/13. DU was not at fault after all. UPS site still shows no transit scans and I verified the number was the same one I was tracking."

"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Supervisors will not return your calls. I tried 3 times, and each time I got voice mail and 30 days passed so that I couldn't return or exchange my order. I ordered the wrong cable for my home theater hi- def cable box and tried to exchange it at the end of the 30 day return period, but I was told by customer service that I needed to talk with a supervisor. I left numerous messages and nobody would call me back. As a result, 30 days has passed and they tell me they won't exchange the cable. NEVER AGAIN!!!"
"I, too, bought some headphones from DU. They shipped the wrong ones and now I am having a very difficult time with getting them to send me a shipping label so I can send them back.
They had a good price on some Sennheiser headphones so I purchased them.
Three days later they said my Credit Card information could not be verified and they immediately cancelled my order. They told me if I still wanted the headphones that I must place another order.
I decided to give it another try, but just as I suspected they raised the price by $70.00. Shop elsewhere!"

"I thought this might have been a cheap company, or even a scam because their prices were so low. I WAS VERY WRONG! I saved $35 on a car CD player off of Best Buy's price. The entire process was extrodinarily professional, and I have recommended them to many of my friends.
I will DEFINATELY be ordering from them again. A+!"
"Digitally Unique sent me a bad unit. I had to pay shipping to send it back. I was hoping to get another one but they say they don't have those items anymore. They refunded my money but not shipping fees. So that cost me $24 shipping to me and cost me another $26 to ship it back to them. The result: I'm out of pocket $50 and I have nothing. OUCH! I'll never buy from them again ever."
