"I have purchased 2 computers from other online companies specializing in gaming computers and have built my own rig. Now that I've had the Digital Storm experience I'll never look back.

I spent about a month considering weather I should build a new computer or spend the money to have it built. After thoughly thinking it though I bought into Digital Storm and I'm 100% satisfied!

There was a small issue that developed during shipping that had to be RMA'd but it all got worked out quickly at no additional cost to me.

I definately would reccommend Digital Storm as your next quality gaming rig."

"After having a terrible experience with another custom builder, I came to Digital Storm hoping for the best but afraid I was in for another horror story. To my delight, they built me an awesome computer that actually worked right out of the box! I also noted it was packed a lot better than the one I got from their competitor. It performs according to my expectations and then some. I did have a minor issue of my making and had occasion to call the customer service people. They were knowledgeable and friendly and got me going again rapidly.Also,I had no trouble getting through to them. In short, I could not be more pleased with Digital Storm and will never have another computer built anywhere else."

"My Digital Strom is working awesome. I can get Wi-Fi anywhere and the computer is lightning fast. Being a Gamer I play up to 8 hours on some days although most computers have difficulty running the software this is better than you would have expected.
The customer service knew exactly what I was talking about. They answered all my questions.
I would definitely recommend getting more of their computers.

"I was looking for a high powered laptop and studied the customer comments on the laptops offered by the large manufacturers such as Dell and ASUS at the Amazon site. I was blown away by the high frequency of seriously negative comments. Looking at Consumer Reports confirmed the poor reliability of the major brands; one in eight to one in eleven require major repair or have major failure. So, I sought out boutique manufacturers and found that Digital Storm offered the best combination of quality, reliability, reasonable price,and excellent customer service. I am totally pleased with their laptop which has performed flawlessly since I received it about three weeks ago. Digital Storm's policy of "burning in" and thoroughly checking all of their computers before delivery I believe to be an outstanding feature of their manufacturing process.

"Hands down Digital Storm makes a great product. I recieved my new x15 laptop on 5/10/2012 and have been super pleased! What impressed me most about my new ds system was that it had the new ivy bridge processor. When I placed my order at the end of april the ivy bridge processors were not even listed as a purchase option so I just went with the second generation i7. A week later I had noticed all of the models had been updated to have the third generation CPUs so I was a little bummed that I had ordered it and not waited a week for the new chips, but much to my surprise Digital Storm put the newest chip in instead of passing off an older one. This just shows their dedication to customer service and delivering the best product for the best price. I would recommend digital storm to anybody. They are a great company with great service who take care of their customers.

"Every aspect of my Digital Storm experience - from my initial messages to the product arriving at my front door - was beyond excellent. The DS team is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and willing to answer any question, and provide a wealth of information about their systems. I have recommended DS to many friends, and am even urging my tech-impaired father to buy one (the family that plays together, stays together).

My primary concern, shipping, turned out to be wasted worries. Digital Storm's shipping boxes are very efficient and effective - protective foam inside the machine, while the outside is protected by a thick malleable plastic "bubble" of sheeting.

I cannot give the DS crew high enough praise, and am already planning my next rig.

"Wow! My only question after multiple purchases from other builders is, why did it take me so long to find this awesome company, who not only builds the best PCs on the planet but has also made the commitment to provide an awesome customer service experience while doing it .And I use to think that in order to get a custom built system, I had to endure crappy customer service. Wrong! I will never buy a system from any other company again. By the way, I received my system a week ago today and it kicks the Lama's ass. Oops, I probably gave away my age."

"Ive built over 20 of my own computers - not only for myself but for my family, friends and small business's. With this experience I almost built a machine on my own, and Im so glad I didnt.

From beginning to end the process was flawless. Sales took my order and made sure everything was right, from the case I wanted to the SSD I was sending to them. Once the build got under way I was given regular updates on how it was progressing. From finish to testing, testing to shipping they kept me apprised of everything that happened.

Once I got the machine the first thing I noticed was the wonderful, very secure packaging. The case was not marred by any shipping process and everything extra was included in boxes inside.

Once I opened the machine and looked inside I knew I had made the right choice. You could hardly see a wire anywhere inside, everything was tucked away, tightened down. You could tell that whoever put this thing together took great pride in making something special.

After hooking it up and booting it up, which took only 15 seconds or so I found that indeed the testing was supreme. It has run flawlessly with no problems whatsoever since Ive gotten. Everything Ive installed has had no troubles whatsoever either.

This is the finest computer I think I have ever owned. Digital Storm has a definite repeat customer from me."

"As many other reviewers have written, my experience with Digital Storm was great. My budget for a work/gaming system was $3500 -- I did a lot of online research looking for configurations, price, and most importantly for me, support. Digital Storm won the research hands down. Next, my online experience ordering from them was, well, really fun! Their customization form is excellent, but even better are the members of their forums that review configurations with you, offer advice, and answer questions. Once my system was ordered, the rest of the experience was perfect. Tested and shipped early, arrived in perfect condition, and is now humming away, a quiet, impressively powerful system. My husband just ordered a system from Digital Storm - even before mine arrived. Hats off to a great American company!"

"I recently bought a custom gaming computer from Digital Storm. I was immediately pleased with their website, especially the ease in which you can customize your system while comparing many different options for each category, such as motherboard or CPU.

After making the purchase, your receive constant updates via email, advising you of the progress of your build. There are 6 stages, including receipt of order, initial collection of all components, build, quality testing, benchmarking, etc.

They take special care to pack your system well for shipping. A+ experience all around."
