After reading store reviews on several cam websites, I was initially scared to death to order from any of them.I first called this store before I ordered online to ensure that they had the product in stock. I spoke with "Abe" and he assured me that they did. I informed him that I did not want to receive a follow up call about my order. He explained that was only done with purchases over $2000 and since mine was well under that, I wouldn't receive a call. I purchased the new JVC Everio GZ-MG27 on a monday at 11:30 am and received it on Wed. at approx. the same time! The camcorder was packaged nicely and the product itself was new from the manufacturer as stated. I would definately reccomend this store to anyone and will purchase from them again! "
"I called to order a Sony PD-150 Camcorder. After I mentioned to "Abe" the sales rep of the previous terrible experience I had with Digital E-Tailer, he was very helpful with the order. He was not high pressure at all, I had to mention buying accessories and Warranty to him.
He called me to advise me of the tracking number and the product was delivered as promised.
I am VERY satisfied with the transaction. It was 180 degrees from the transaction with Digital E-Tailer.
I will recemmend this merchant to friends and co-workers."

It pays to know the exact terms of the manufacturer's standard warranty before having this discussion, and it also pays to know what you most need covered under any warranty. All in all I couldn't be happier. This was a no fuss great deal on a quality product."
