"Ordering from DGR was a breeze with a confirming email to let me know they had received my order. In the same email they also confirmed the ship date. Unfortunately they don't have a tracking system to check on the order delivery, but tell orders take up to 6 days for delivery. Everything was done quickley and cleanly from start to finish."

While there were only a few customer reviews on resellerratings.com, the company did have a good overall score. I placed the order online but ended up having to talk with one of their reps (they called me) since they didn't have the printer in stock and would have to ship it from another warehouse. It took them about a week to get the printer shipped but it did arrive in time and in excellent condition. Best price available at the time $2,328.24 including shipping."
"I recently bought a Refurbished Wacom 6x11 Intuos 3 Graphics tablet from Digital Graphics Resources after it was recomended to me by a friend at my place of work.
The prices offered by DGR were simply amazing, even though the product I chose was refurbished. It was priced $100 less the list price and an addition $13.50 discount applied at time of purchase.
I quickly received a confirmation email, followed equally quickly by a shipping notification email. The package was shipped well packaged and when it arrive I could hardly believe it was refurbished.
The product was perfect in every way. It was packaged in a retail box with all documentation, software and accessories and it didn't have a single scratch on it. It looked like the box had never been opened before.
Prices are great at this store, shipping is fast and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for Graphic Design equipment."

Every aspect of the transaction was done quickly and professionally. Shipping was prompt and despite an estimate of one week for actual delivery, I had the tablet in my hand in two days. WOW.
Except for the stamp on the back of the tablet, I could not tell it wasn't brand new and in perfect condition. Even the box had the factory seals in place.

"I had been shopping for a 6x11 intuos3 tablet, and was getting frustrated with the prices i saw. i then stumbled upon dgr, where the starting price was $70 cheaper than listed on wacom, and over $30 cheaper than anywhere on amazon. in addition, when i checked out i got another %10 off. i thought it was too good to be true, but i couldn't resist the offer. when i ordered it it said it would ship late october, i got an email october 31st telling me my order would ship soon. it shipped two days after that, and i received my order two days after it shipped, after only choosing ups ground.

"jwkeiser, I have basically the same exact experience (same product, same email notifications, almost same date). I just signed up for resellerratings, so that's why I've only done one review. But anyways, the only different thing with my order from jwkeiser's was that I received my tablet just a couple weeks ago (I ordered it on October 2, 2008). It is totally brand new, and no problems whatsoever. Customer service was great, both on phone and email. I was pretty skeptical in the beginning because of the super super low prices, but I actually looked them up a little, and even looked at their store on google maps! I got very skeptical when they posted on their site that 'the Wacom tablets will ship beginning of November' when mine (when I ordered it) said it would ship mid-October. When I contacted them about this, they re-assured me that it was a delay in the order from Wacom that was unexpected. (I believe they order them way before hand and get a super deal - and I got a super deal too!!)
So, in short - I highly recommend Digital Graphics Resources. If you're willing to wait as long as I did (almost 6 weeks) for a Wacom tablet, then you'll save over $60. I'm not sure how long their other products would take to ship/order because I've never ordered anything else. But since I saw that there was so few reviews on DGR here, I figured I should at least say something positive. :)"

The price I paid for the Ink I ordered was great. Could not find a better deal anywhere.
The order was not shipped until 23JAN09. The only reason it shipped then was due to the number of phone calls I made to follow-up on the order. Had I not followed up, I am certain it would have never been shipped at all.
One I did get the correct staff on the phone, they were very friendly and followed up with the MFG to ensure the order shipped."

From my experience, it appears that the Company drop ships aggregated orders. In other words it takes orders for products not truly in stock and waits until it has volume pricing order levels before ordering from manufacturing. So if you need a product in a known timeframe don't order from them. Also, I made a change in the order on the day I ordered and was to be credited back $16 but months later and several calls and promises from company to credit my account later, still no credit.
