"Great price, Long Delay on Shipping! Order from this store and you better have patience and be prepared to follow-up.
The price I paid for the Ink I ordered was great. Could not find a better deal anywhere.
The order was not shipped until 23JAN09. The only reason it shipped then was due to the number of phone calls I made to follow-up on the order. Had I not followed up, I am certain it would have never been shipped at all.
One I did get the correct staff on the phone, they were very friendly and followed up with the MFG to ensure the order shipped."
"I placed an order for the Cintiq 21UX back on Dec.8. After being ignored and misled on several occasions, I STILL don't have my order. I was even sent an e-mail on Jan.8 stating that my order would be shipped within a week. After waiting a week and a half I still hadn't receieved a shipping date or tracking number. I then received an e-mail stating that if the item had not been shipped by Jan.12, my order would be cancelled and I would receive a full refund.
It has now been nearly 3 months(!) and I have only spoken with a customer service rep twice, with no apology and no resolution. I finally decided to cancel the order, since it hadn't been cancelled after the missed ship date. I sent an e-mail last Friday... no response.
I tried calling multiple times today... no answer. Based on other recent reviews, I'm wondering if the company is having serious financial troubles. Getting an answering machine all day on a business day is not encouraging.
I work for a major studio that has purchased dozens of Cintiq's from DGR and I will be attempting to contact them via the studio tomorrow.
If anyone from DGR is reading this, I suggest you contact all the customers your are ignoring. You might think it's OK to ignore the little fish at this point, but soon, the big fish are gonna find out.
Please AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
UPDATE 2/25/09 I just went to DGR's website and there was a white screen with this message:
DigitalGraphicsResources.com has closed and is no longer conducting business.
Anyone who had an outstanding order with them, should IMMEDIATELY contact their credit card company to see if you can get your money back."

"I ordered NIK Complete Colletion on 10/27, as of taday (11/24) I still have not received it. The woman from the customer service was very rude when I requested for refund, she determained to ignore me, my credit card was charged before they shipped anything out. I never had any bad experience like this, hope you don't have to go through it."
"I've purchased from this site once before back in late 07 or early 08. and my canon ink came in within a week of the order.
Today is the last straw, i placed an order january 3rd for INK again. after sitting quite for nearly a month i call to see where its at and cannot get answers from anyone its always we'll email you any information. i wait another week, i call and talk to Julia, who refuses to give me a managers name or an owners name and flat out lies through her big dumb teeth, then tells me to google the owners name and hangs up on me. All i want is the 800 dollars back i paid for my ink cartridges but they refuse to give me a refund on my money and wont even take my calls any more
This is by far the worst iv ever been treated by any company. Iv been burned on ebay and on forums but this company, i hope they all fry in hell and lose their homes and become bums on the street. By the way yes im pissed its what happens when a company steals nearly a thousand dollars of someone else's hard earned money. "
"I had been shopping for a 6x11 intuos3 tablet, and was getting frustrated with the prices i saw. i then stumbled upon dgr, where the starting price was $70 cheaper than listed on wacom, and over $30 cheaper than anywhere on amazon. in addition, when i checked out i got another %10 off. i thought it was too good to be true, but i couldn't resist the offer. when i ordered it it said it would ship late october, i got an email october 31st telling me my order would ship soon. it shipped two days after that, and i received my order two days after it shipped, after only choosing ups ground.
awesome. no complaints, love the tablet, customer service kept me updated with the backorder issues. if i ever need a new tablet, i won't go anywhere else. awesome prices, timely shipping, great experience."
I ordered a Wacom Cintiq 21UX on December 31, 2008. The price was excellent at $1,859.96, $140 below MSRP. The delivery time was "approximately 2 weeks."
On January 2, 2009 I received a signature form to fill out. I filled it in and sent it back the same day.
On January 21, 3 weeks after the order was placed, I emailed them requesting a status. No response.
On January 26, I called them. I was told that due to "weather problems" the shipment was delayed but I can expect delivery in 2 - 3 days. This phone conversation was followed up by email from DGR stating that if it cannot be shipped within a week, I will receive a full refund. Quite different from what I was told over the phone.
On February 9, I called again. I was told that the lady I spoke to on January 26 was no longer with the company. I asked to speak to a supervisor. This lady didn't know who her supervisor was but she would inform the Product Manager that I called. I ased for the Product Manager's name. Again, she didn't know. She promised that I will receive a call from the Product Manager within 24 hours. No phone call. Instead I received an email stating that they will let me know when the "backorder will lift" and that I could cancel the order if I didn't want to wait any longer. So, the weather wasn't the cause of the after all. I asked that they respond in earnest; an explantion for the delay; that, after holding on to my funds for over 6 weeks, I would expect a reasonable amount of interest (what my credit card company charges) if the order was to be cancelled. I also pointed out to them that their website still stated delivery time of "approximately 2 weeks". Of course, they knew was not to be true.
Next day, I received a cancellation notice without any explanation.
As of this writing, the ad still says "approximately 2 weeks."
I can understand a reasonable amount of delay. I can also understand DGR to wait for adequate number of orders to be placed to obtain a bulk discount. However, not providing any status information and for giving out false statements after being a month overdue is inexcusable. "

"My experience has been mixed. My first order was for a Canon iPF6100 printer, and I received it in a timely fashion for an excellent price. Three subsequent orders for ink tanks and paper have been disappointing. Nothing has shipped until I have complained after waiting 2 weeks. This last order had not shipped after 3 weeks, and I cancelled on 1-21-09. The company has still not issued a credit after charging my credit card on 1-2-09! I will not order from them again!"
"This company will straight up lie to you about when they will ship your product. I placed an order on 10/16/08 and still have not received it and it is now December.
The amount of money I saved in no way makes up for the amount of time I have spent calling and emailing this company about my order. When you call to get an answer, the rude representative will say they don't know why your order hasn't shipped but someone will call you back with an explanation. Then, no one ever calls you back.
They are all about taking your money and giving nothing in return. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY FROM DGR!

"I have repeatedly called, left phone messages and sent emails to cancel my order now that it is 2 weeks past the advertised shipping date. No one ever answers the phones. All email inquiries have gone unanswered except one regarding getting the price lowered. "
"jwkeiser, I have basically the same exact experience (same product, same email notifications, almost same date). I just signed up for resellerratings, so that's why I've only done one review. But anyways, the only different thing with my order from jwkeiser's was that I received my tablet just a couple weeks ago (I ordered it on October 2, 2008). It is totally brand new, and no problems whatsoever. Customer service was great, both on phone and email. I was pretty skeptical in the beginning because of the super super low prices, but I actually looked them up a little, and even looked at their store on google maps! I got very skeptical when they posted on their site that 'the Wacom tablets will ship beginning of November' when mine (when I ordered it) said it would ship mid-October. When I contacted them about this, they re-assured me that it was a delay in the order from Wacom that was unexpected. (I believe they order them way before hand and get a super deal - and I got a super deal too!!)
So, in short - I highly recommend Digital Graphics Resources. If you're willing to wait as long as I did (almost 6 weeks) for a Wacom tablet, then you'll save over $60. I'm not sure how long their other products would take to ship/order because I've never ordered anything else. But since I saw that there was so few reviews on DGR here, I figured I should at least say something positive. :)"
"Great price, Long Delay on Shipping!

The price I paid for the Ink I ordered was great. Could not find a better deal anywhere.
The order was not shipped until 23JAN09. The only reason it shipped then was due to the number of phone calls I made to follow-up on the order. Had I not followed up, I am certain it would have never been shipped at all.
