"Ordered 2 DVDs from this store in early last October. I was told they shipped them two days later, but I never received anything. They also never answered any of my emails. The only thing I ever got from them was an automated reply, telling me that they "typically respond to messages within one (1) business day". What a joke! If this whole shop isn't just a fake, at least their customer service totally sucks. Stay away!"
"Excellent service and very good prices. They have a frequent buyer point system that can shave a bit more off the prices. Plus, they offer free shipping for orders over $25. Their prices are usually 10-40% less than Amazon's. The website is simple and easy to use, though sometimes their server is slow. All in all, a great place to buy DVDs. (They also have a good selection of used DVDs.)"
"Ordered two anime DVDs from DigitalEyes on Tuesday during the week of 6/6/05. Digital Eyes' prices were about $7 cheaper on the DVDs than they were in B&M stores that actually had them and were pretty competitive with what I found elsewhere on the internet. Anyway, the DVDs arrived in a sturdy cardboard envelope just 2 days later! The only thing that bothers me I chose USPS Priority Mail for my shipping and because of that, I didn't get a tracking number. I guess I'd need to get UPS shipping for a tracking number. Overall, can't complain! "

"I actually received a gift from someone who purchased from digital eyes, so I don't know the invoice number. When the package arrived-- it was the wrong DVD. My shipping package, along with the correct shipping address, were in the package.Kindly, I purchase packaging and shipped the item back to Digital Eyes. I have not heard from them since (over 4 weeks ago) and I have not received the correct DVD."
"Placed an order for 4 DVDs on Friday afternoon, All items were listed as 'In Stock', however, around 2 hours after placing the order I noticed that 1 of the items' status switched to "Temp. out of stock, On order" which held up the rest of my order.Fortunately, the item was back in stock on monday, and shipped that same day via Priority Mail, and I had it (From Illinois to California) in just 3 days!Prices were excellent, I saved around $40 that I would've spent if I would have bought this at retail stores. Service was very friendly (I called them up and asked about the order, they informed me the title was due back in stock on monday, and gave me an option to switch it out for another item).Packaging was great and prevented the discs from being shaken around. I highly recommend the site, although I wish the stock-status was a little bit more up to date (Considering the title I ordered was a semi-obscure one, I dont think it was just sold that day before the computers could update).I would definately order with them again."
"Extremely disappointed with DigitalEyes over this transaction. On Oct 5th, I ordered a used copy of the Die Hard Ultimate collection and paid for it from a store credit account. After a full week, on Oct 12th, I received a shipping notice on the order. I know they ship media mail which is slow and so I waited until Oct 22nd until which I still had not received the item. I called them up and was shocked by what the customer service rep had to say. She said there had been an inventory error and that the item had not been shipped at all. I asked her how I received the shipping notice then. She said it was an error. I then asked, if they knew it was an error and had not shipped, wasnt it dutybound of them to let me know later saying there had been an error. She had no answer and just apologized. She also further told me that the item was on backorder and they would ship it to me as soon as they received it in stock. I asked her how a 'used' item could be on backorder but she just repeated what she said. I let it go then. On Oct 30th, I sent them another email saying that I was losing patience since I had been charged for the item and had not received it yet. I received an auto repsonse saying that someone would be replying within a day. Its Nov 3rd today and I am yet to hear from them. My store credit has been used for charging for the DVD set and I still have not received the item to date. Problems of a growing company, I suppose. EDIT (Nov 3rd, 2005) - I called them once again only to be told that my order had been cancelled. I was furious. First of all, they sent me a shipping notice when they actually had NOT shipped it. Secondly, even after knowing there was an inventory control error, they didnt think it was worth it to let me, the customer, know. And lastly, as I learned now, they had even cancelled the order and still did not let me know. All these had occurred and guess what !! They conveniently forgot all about the charge - I had to specifically ask them to credit the amount back to my account. When they cancelled my order, didnt they know it was imperative the amount had to be credited ? I used to order a lot from them but I will be wary before ordering from them again. They've got miles to go before they can be an Amazon. This is a warning for you to be wary of DigitalEyes."
