I then checked the BBB in Chicago and there was no such business. Thought it may be a fraud company. Emailed them and got a response that said they back ordered and would issue a refund on my credit card. My card was never charged for it and makes me think they just wanted my credit card number. I ordered a printer from this company and they sent out confimation emails but I was worried when the email with the shipping tracking URL did not work.. I waited for 3 weeks and started emailing.. got no response from the company.<br>At that point I checked reviews and found that others had same problem and many were concerned the company is collecting credit card numbers. "I ordered a HP Ipaq 211 PDA on 2/5/2010 for $279. I did receive the Ipaq and my credit card was billed the appropriate amount. I later received a call from a local police department inquiring into the matter. The invoice that was on the box itself read $424.00 from the HP Store. The telephone number that was printed on that invoice was for an Auto Body shop. We're still investigating."
