"I ordered a router from these people and used a coupon that was listed online. The order went through and didnt get a response for a week. Sent them an email asking about it and didnt get a response for another week. Called them and they said they were out of stock and they would refund me. I checked their website and it said they were in stock but they raised the price and it appears they didnt want to honor the coupon that was used. They are just a bunch of liars. Avoid this company"
"What more could you ask for!! Speedy shipping, timely communication, great prices, and best of the best customer service. May not have as large an assortment as Newegg, but as good or better on shipping, price, and customer service. Very highly recommended!!"

"I purchased a Linksys E2000 refurb router from DD and it was shipped out fast and arrived in about three days. The router was factory refurb'ed by Cisco/Linksys and as sometimes happens it had a radio problem. The B/G 2.4 Ghz radio was very weak and I couldn't get the A band to work at all. I contacted CS through email and got an immediate response. My problem was handled promptly and in three days I had a working unit in my hands. I wish I got this kind of service from all my suppliers.Problems happen, that's just a fact of life. It's how a company responds to a problem that makes the difference and DD really stepped up on this one. I will definitely be doing business with them again as well as recommending to others. "I ordered a E2000 router from them on 2/8/11. It is now 2/19/11 and I still don't have the router. I don't think there is any shipping service available which would take that long to get something from the east coast to west coast. The tracking information on their website is not accurate at all. They need to update their website to better inform the customer.I'm never buying anything from them again no matter how cheap it is, it's not worth the trouble."
"I normally don't bother leaving reviews unless the company left a very positive impression. I placed an order for a Flip video recorder and was suppose to be delivered via USPS on 12/15. However it was stalled at my local USPS sorting facility for over a week. I called DigitalEtc to inquiry about the status, they were speedy and helpful with my situation, instructed I contact my local post office to see if they had the package. End up having to file a lost claim with USPS, the package was likely stolen en route at the sorting facility, damn postal workers. USPS told me there was no insurance on the package, my order came with free shipping. DigitalEtc immediately sent a replacement and I got it in 3 business days. Love how each time I called I spoke with a friendly person who was helpful and understanding. Even tho the present did not arrive in time for Christmas, no fault on the seller, I am very happy with their service and would shop again and recommend to others."
"I called to verify that an item was in stock (Raynox HD-6600Pro52 wide angle converter lens). Sammy answered and verified that the item was in stock. It was late in the day in New York, about 5:15 on a Tuesday. Sammy took my order information over the phone, picked and packaged the order himself, and got it into UPS for their 5:30 pick-up. He later sent me an e-mail verification. I had the package in perfect condition by Friday afternoon. Excellent, courteous service. I wish more internet stores were as good."
"Ordered 15 rolls of outdated film. The advertised price was ridiculously low, but shipping charge was ridiculously high, working out to about $1 per roll. On the other hand, I got my film 18hrs after order and net cost was still cheap. Overall positive, but I would have liked to see more reasonable shipping options (or a more up front pricing scheme)."
"Very impressed! I just received our Canon 24-105mm F4L lens the day after it was ordered from digitaletc.com (Digital Distributors). It took only one day for it to arrive via UPS ground (I'm in MA). DigitalEtc.com had the 2nd lowest price I could find on the internet, but all the others in the top 5 had lots of bad reviews with absolute "horror stories". So it was good to see the high rating that DigitalEtc had achieved. But I was still cautious...Before placing the order via the internet I called just to make sure there were real people there, and to also inquire about a 77mm filter. The salesman (Sam I think) was well informed and good natured, and advised me that they did not carry the filter, although he was willing to take the time to explain that they had other smaller filters, just not the one I was looking for. This was considerate, especially since I was only calling about a cheap item, and had not informed him yet about my wish to purchase a $1100 lens.B&H photo was previously my first choice for photo equipment, and they are usually the best combo of low price & reliability. But on this particular item B&H was $150 more for the USA warranted lens. And they were also out of stock. But Digital Distributors said they had it in stock, and could get it out "today", and that there was no sales tax. And since I was in Massachusetts, I should get it "tomorrow". I asked if I should order over the phone, or if it would be better over the web... and the salesman told me it may be a little faster to do it on the web... so I did.As a business owner, professional photographer and video producer, I hate to have my time wasted by con-artists and rip-off organizations that just want to underprice the competition, and then try to make their profit dishonestly by charging too much for shipping, or trying to sell you a bunch of junk you don't want or need (bait & switch). Instead, Digital Distributors was fast, efficient, and honest. I got a USA warranted lens at just about the best price available anywhere, and had a very good shopping experience without the all-to-often disappointments that can be encountered when shopping price.I would usually not take the time to write a review, but I thought these guys really deserved it. They had only (10) other reviews on the resellerratings.com site, and although they were all positive, it made me a little uneasy that there were so few. Even though I was apprehensive, Resellerratings.com had positive reviews, so I decided to give it a shot.Within an hour of placing my order, Sam called to verify my shipping information. I was having this expensive lens shipped to an alternate address and he wanted to be sure the order paid by credit card was on the up and up. After a pleasant conversation, we hung up and all was well.A few hours later, I had a question; Digital Distributors had already closed for the day so I sent them an email. First thing in the morning, there was a response waiting for me with a brief, but accurate response.In less than 24 hours my order had been processed, packed, shipped, and I had an email with a tracking number. Now that I have my lens, I can say this was a great purchasing experience. Digital Distributors provides excellent customer service, and has proven to be a reputable dealer. "Well, I found Digital Distributors as they are one of the few places selling a specific Raynox teleconverter I wanted. As I had problems from a previous vendor about getting this specific lens, I called up to verify they have the one I want. I spoke to Sam who stated that the lens I want is definitely in stock. He told me that if I got the order in by 12 noon it would ship that day.I went online and placed the order and within an hour I had an e-mail from Sam that the order had shipped. I received the tracking info from UPS that evening with an expected delivery date in two days.We'll see if the lens is the one I want. The only issue I have so far is that you cannot track your order via the website.The lens came without issue and was the one I'd been trying to get. After I received the lens, I realized that an adapter ring I had previously purchased was the wrong one. I went back to Digital Distributors to purchase the correct one. When I saw the shipping cost was about the same as the item, I called Sam to see if he could help me out (as the shipping would have been $1 for the ring if I ordered it at the same time as the lens). He was kind enough to discount the shipping price a little.I am very satisfied with Digital Distributors."

Talked to a great rep - they were patient , took my order - they ship from brooklyn and I am in Jersey but ordered on the 11/10 at 11am or so and got it in my hand on 11/11 - It was great .. having played with the camera yet - but they were great - camera is brand new and comes with everything its supposed to come with! "I ordered a Raynox DCR-2020 lense from DigitalETC.com. The website said to reserve the lens I wanted but I decided to call. I spoke to Sam and he told me they just got ONE lense in and wouldn't have any more until August. So I went ahead and ordered. The next day I called back and spoke to a young woman who quickly got me my UPS Tracking number and was very nice and polite. A pleasure to do business with them."
"Item sent did not include everything advertised on their website. I sent an email noting what was not included. Their customer service department responded that day and said the missing items would be sent out immediately. Sure I said to myself. The next day I received confirmation on shipment of items. When received also included a small token gift for my troubles."
