"I received my Olympus IS-50 QD camera promptly from Digital Delivered....Howver, the LCD screen on the refurbished camera was broken...Which was obviously not part of the product description....I called DD but they referred me to Olymus and the manufacturer..I ten called the manufacturer, they also refused to take any responsibility...I will now try and get the camera exchanged for another refurbished model...but frankly, who wants to spend 150$ just to have to send the product to be exchanged...definitely the last time I do business with DD...In addition, the company representative I had on the phone was rude and didn't care..."latest technology at the lowest prices"...- Yes! It just might be defective... "

"THIS PLACE SUUUUUUUUCKS
i placed an order for a tomtom700 gps on monday and paid the extra $10 for 2 day shipping so i could get the product before friday. some guy named JASON calls me tuesday and says theres a problem with my order and that i need to call in before they ship the order. so i call, and he says the expiration date i typed in was wrong. ok no prob.... then he tries to sell me insurance and accessories.. i decline and confirm with him that the product will ship out by tues and he says yes. thursday comes along and i get a call from BRUCE the billing guy. he says theres something wrong with my order and that my credit card is being declined. so i call my credit card company and they say they never declined any order. i call BRUCE back and all of a sudden my order is ready to go now. i ask for a tracking number (cuz after threatening to cancel my order, BRUCE offers to send it next day at no extra charge) and the BRUCE is like, i already promised to send you next day, why do you need a tracking number? and i tell this jack off that i need it to keep track of my order (like i really need to explain to him) and hes like i just placed your order how can i have a tracking number right now? and i have to explain to him to give it to me when the order ships.... thats my experience with this rude and terrrrible online merchant as we speak. this is the worst experience i have had purchasing an item online. DO NOT BUY FROM DIGITAL DELIVERED..."

"Absolutely disgusting service. I waited 3 weeks for my product. Instead of my product, I recieved a phone call. They did not explain the phone call, they just said there was a problem with my order.

I promptly returned the call, but recieved a machine. I left them my name and number, and I told them that incase the phone thing didn't work, it might be more efficient to use my email, and I left that. I waited another week and a half with nothing, and then recieved another call. Same guy, same message, same situation when I called back. I waited 2 months, went and found another supplier for my camera, went on vacation, came back, got another call. I called back and instead of getting a machine I got a snotty operator, who gave me a lot of attitude, and then told me that the guy I needed to talk to was out to lunch. They told me to call back in 20 minutes.

I called back exactly 20 minutes later, and was then told that he went home. After this I tried to cancel my order, but recieved more backtalk. 5 minutes later my order was cancelled.

I do not reccomend that anyone shop at this store, ever, and that the slight price drop isn't worth the hastle. You most likely won't even get your product anyway."

"Order a camera from these folks on 3/22. They said the camera was in stock. Later when I checked on the order, there was a problem with the cameras they had in stock and they were being returned to the mfg. Waited a week and checked status again. Was old it would be another 2 weeks. Canceled my order. They folks seemed like good people to do business with and they always answered my email inquired quickly. I would consider them for furture business needs."

"People need to be aware of this site I should have read reviews. People BEWARE the reviews are right donot order from this site. They are rude and they donot do what they say they are going to do. If you order there is a continuous run around about your order. I should have checked reviews. Donot trust these people I haven't received anything saying if was shipped. I am going to call my credit card company and dispute it with a feeling it is a scam. Buyers BEWARE. "

"THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!!!!

My story is a lot like these. Ripped off completely. Never received 1/2 my stuff. Credit card company won't help because of the way they write the invoice. Basically out $500 because they ripped me off and the shitty, snotty people who worked there could care less.

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE"

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND WEEKS OF FRUSTRATION TO NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT OR A REFUND. I purchased two digital cameras from this store for immediate shipment more than a month ago. After several calls, promises, and confirmation emails that my order was shipped, it never arrived. Digital Delivered never provided a Fedex number and finally told me they did not have the items in stock so it could not be shipped. The online invoice does not even match the pricing for my order which was attributed to "computer problems" at their offices. Alan Markus (General Manager) authorized a refund last week however I have yet to receive it. I am now forced to initiate a Fraud Investigation with American Express as well as a formal complaint with the BBB."

"Order Olympus C5000 8/30/04, which sales person told me would be shipped that day. On my credit card invoice I noticed they took out for the purchase, so I assumed it was on it's way, but I did not receive a shipping tracking number. That was the first item that caused me to wonder about the order. Then I called to find out what was happening, they told me the camera was dropped and they were waiting for a new shipment. Then when I called them again, they told me that the new order didn't come in yet and they had not idea when the camera would be shipped. I canceled the order when I couldn't reach the company by phone or pull them up on the internet. As far as I'm concerned this is a scam."

"Ordered a NEW digital camera, sent me a 'refurbished' one with the wrong accessories - then told me they wer yet to come. I returned the camera and cancelled my accessories that they had already screwed up and bought the camera as a graduation gift elsewhere. It took me forever to contact customer service. They were open maybe 3 hours a day 3 days a week. When I finally talked to the owner, he told me he was 'out driving his Porsche and didn't have time to deal with all the customers'. All in all besides a huge waste of time, it cost me $90 I never got back even though I disputed it with numbskulls at Amex - they wouldn't fully reimburse me. I hope that Brooklyn/Bronx company burns in eternal hell."

"Very positive experience. Product shipped quickly and was exactly as described. When I needed to contact them concerning the shipping address, I got right through to the salesman who quickly handled my request."
