Thank you for your support! Yes we just realised that our reviews on Resellerrating.com are not very positive so far. We have been very popular in the UK and Australia in the past, and have only started serving our customers in the State about one year ago. There are lots of things we could improve, but we have definitely had lots of (thousands of) happy customers from the States already. We have received over 14000 positive feedback from our US eBay store (ID: digital-rev-access). We'll be customising, well 'customizing' our services to serve US customers better.
