"I ordered a Panasonic TH50PX500U 50" Plasma HDTV and a Philips Pronto TSU7000 Universal remote on Nov 11, 2005. This TV is somewhat difficult to find. DigitalCraze stated that it would take several weeks to get their next shipment in and one to me. Because the TV is hard to come by they required thatmy credit card be charged to show that I was serious about the order. The price right for both products. I was concerned about ordering such a major purchase online and having my credit card charged before the item was actually available. But both products ARRIVED EXACTLY WHEN PROMISED, AND IN PERFECT SHAPE. I would definitely order from them again."

"I purchased a Mitsubishi WD-73927 from DigitalCraze.com and my transaction experience through delivery was outstanding. I received a detail order receipt followed by shipping and tracking information. I was also provided a direct phone number to the sales rep for any questions or concerns. This high level of service makes an internet purchase a lot easier."

"On the 22nd of December, I placed an order for a Panasonic TH42PD50U from DigitalCraze. I was relatively nervous about making such an expensive purchase on the internet, but my fears were assuaged when digitalcraze answered all my calls/emails in a timely manner. It did take awhile for my TV to ship and arrive (it arrived today, the 4th of January), but I think some of this is due to the holiday season. I would not hesistate to make another purchase from DC. "

"Well, I was 50/50 on whether or not to order from this store. It had some really good reviews and some really bad ones. The price however was excellent. Since they are based in NJ, even with shipping and Tax the price was better than any other price I could find for the MB-73DGB. This TV stand was hard enough to find online and most local places wanted an arm and a leg. Since it was being purchased as an X-mas gift for a relative I figured I had plenty of time if I needed to cancel and go elsewhere.

Fortunately this place turned out to be great. I received the stand on 11-16-2006 and have verified the package as being in excellent condition. Since the relative already bought the TV I'll be delivering their X-mas gift well before they get the TV now.

My only complaint was for the delivery which came with no advance notice and so I couldn't take the day off to be there myself to receive it.

However, that said I would most definitely order from them again if the price is right.

"Digitalcraze.com was a good shopping experience for me. Called them up asked if they had TV in stock and they confirmed that in fact it was. I ordered it online and got a call the next day to confirm my order. TV arrived 6 days later and everything was perfect."

"I've done some research on a lot of companies that sell high end speakers for wholesale prices and every single company had good and bad reviews. I chose digitalcraze because they offered me the best price on my definitive technology speakers. I was hesitant to order because of the reviews that i did come across but like i said most of the companies have even worse reviews. To sum it up my experience was bettrr than great. I got my speakers in time for xmas they shipped them out right away and no one else matched their price. Bottom line if you want great quality and you dont want to pay retail digitalcraze is the place to order from. Would definitley recommend and order again in the future."
