"WARNING RIPOFF ALERT!!!!

I purchased a pioneer receiver SC-37 April 2011 from them. The receiver quit working in march. As you can see from the e-mail they would not provide receipt & told me to ship it to them & they will take to athorized pioneer sevice facity for warrenty for me. They've had my receiver since 3/13/12 and tell me every 2 weeks when "I call or write them", that it will be another 2 weeks.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING E-MAIL from the bottom.




Once it is in service it is not in our hands as to how long it can take. I can only tell you what service tells us.

We are waiting for the part to come in, I have explained this to you several times. The parts have to come in from over seas. The part for the unit is due in on the 15th. Once the part comes in Pioneer will fix it and then return it back to us within a few days there after.

Terri your unit was sent out for service to a Pioneer service facility. I personally looked into this earlier and the piece that was in need for replacement was and still is on a back order. I was informed that it will take about another two weeks before we receive the unit back into our facility. The piece was B/O and coming in from Japan.

This was sent to Pioneer for service. Normally it takes up to two weeks for us to get a repair back to us. Lets wait about another week and see what happens.

"Very satisfied with my purchase; Will buy from them again.

I Originally order a pair of KEF Q300 from DigitalCraze.com. Just like other people was saying I waited for a few days without UPS tracking information, so I called. Tim was very courteous and told me that "things are crazy during Christmas time; the KEF are in back order. Let me know if want to wait or cancel the order." So I cancelled the order without a problem. Later I decided to buy a pair of Monitor Audio RX2 from DigitalCraze.com because the price is very good. Again I waited for a couple of weeks. I was worried because it's clearly warned on Monitor Audio's website that "Do not buy from DigitalCraze.com".
The speakers arrived after 2 weeks and a few phone calls later. The speakers are in excellent shape, brand new as promised. Even though Tim must have open the box to check the speakers out since the original packaging is in rough shape. The speakers sound good, but not overwhelming. However, that improved every day with "break in " playing. I love these speakers.

About 3 weeks ago, I noticed there some mild rattling when I played piano music, so I contact Tim. The customer service is very good. He patiently asked me questions and dignosed that the tweeters must have some damage, so he ordered me a new pair of tweeters from Monitor Audio and shipped to me free of charge. He also personally call Monitor Audio about how to install the new tweeters for me.

Even though the process is a little longer than I like. I really appreciate the service Tim provided. I will recommend digitalcraze.com and will most definitely order from them again."

"I ordered some PSB speakers in early December online. In my initial conversations with customer service, it seemed that the speakers would arrive within the 7-10 business days as stated online. At around the 7-business day window, I was notified that the speakers were back-ordered, which was a bit annoying but somewhat understandable with the X-mas holiday.

In the end, I received the speakers after about 20 business days (3 days after X-mas) which was certainly a bit later than I had hoped or expected but they arrived in excellent shape (double-boxed even though I didn't pay for the upgrade) and I saved about 35% from the next best price I could find online (which would have been a partially "Open Box" set versus the all-new I rec'd from DigitalCraze). It is, of course, hard to wait for a new toy to arrive but considering I researched the speakers for at least 4 months, the 10 extra days were well worth the savings.

On another note, even with the initial snafu with the back-order, I always found the customer service staff to be helpful and courteous."

"DO NOT DO IT. I order a SC37 pioneer receiver from Didital Craze in 07/2011. Was very excited to hook up unit. Excitement was short lived. Hook everything up and there was no sound. Spend all day trying to figure it out and still nothing. So I called Digital Craze back and they said I must of hooked it up wrong. Although this is what I do, I thought to myself this is high tech maybe I did. I called the geek scwaud down and spent $150 for them to do it. They were at my home for 4 hours and they could not do it either. So I called Digitial Craze back again they said why don't I call pioneer and see if they could help me. Long story short unit was broke. Digital Craze then desided that they would send it to pioneer to get it fixed. I was told to send the unit back to them and they would send it to pioneer. I did not get the unit back until 10/11 and when I did everything was missing except the receiver which was damaged. Power cord which I have still not recieved, HDMI cords, remote, microphone, and manuel. Called Digital Craze time after time for them to send the missing parts. We are now in to 12/11 we just now recieved remote. The other part still have not been delivered. They had also promised $100 to be refunded for my troubles still have not recieved that."

"I purchased 5 SpeakerCraft in ceiling speakers. I shopped the Internet a lot for these speakers and DigitalCraze had the best prices by far. After placing the order online I did get get asked to change the order for three of the speakers because they would not be in stock for another week. The offer was for a more expensive speaker but they did offer it at half the difference. Overall I was well informed during the process. I would recommend DigitalCraze."

"Basically, I was very happy with the way Digital Craze handled my order, although there were significant delays in my getting all of the six speakers that I ordered. The order was placed on 8 Nov. I received the first of three deliveries on 21 Nov, the second on 13 Dec, and the last on 20 Dec. All were received in good shape.

The important thing to me was the customer service. Every time I called, someone answered the phone and gave me an update on the shipment (parts of which were delayed, apparently because of delays in their receiving the items). They explained that the last delay was due to one of the speakers being received by them in a damaged condition, so they had to reorder it. So, even though it took six weeks to complete the order, I felt the customer service was excellent, and the price was good. I would buy from them again, and I'd recommend them to others."
