"No stock on the advertised product. They did call and inform of this issue. I'm sure this is just part of their business being they deal with stores shutting their doors and selling off inventory. I'm sure that is pretty unpredictable."

"Order taken online without any problem. After over a week I called and inquired about my order. I was told the item actually wasn't in stock when I ordered. I was asked to wait a few more days to see if item in stock and I would be called back. No one has called since. If they could deliver the item I ordered I would be very happy, but I haven't seen anything yet."

“Your order was cancelled and NEVER billed the very same day you ordered it with us. The color of item customer ordered in the Velodyne Subwoofer was BACK ORDERED! Sorry we were honest enough to tell you that the color of item you ordered was not available and not charged your card like most other retailers would. We did not give you a story or string you along. If you check your account the order was cancelled the very same day it was placed 9after we spoke with you and also explained to you it was back ordered). No need for the negative review!”

“We notified you several times by email. Your phone # that you originally provided us with was disconnected! Why leave a negative review when you leave a phone # that isn't even a valid # to contact you at? Anyhow, customer was never even billed! Unit he ordered was out of stock (in the CHERRY finish he wanted it in) we did have the BLACK available. Customer placed his order and was notified by email literally 2 days later (after weekend passed).”

"I ordered a set of speakers for a customers install. They were instock according to the site. after about a week and a half the money I paid for the speakers reappeared in my account. I checked the order status and all that it said was processing. The company did not bother to contact me. I was forced to assume something was wrong. I contacted Digital Craze and they informed me that the speakers I ordered and paid for were backordered and they didn't know when they were coming in. I was forced to purchase a different set. The install is now 15 days behind schedule.

"Product (Definitive Technology ProCinema 800 surround speaker set) received in good order and works great. Delivery process was a bit slow and unpredictable; after sitting in "processing" state for 2 1/2 weeks, product finally shipped out after three phone calls to Digital Craze. Apparently, though, some of it was due to inclement East Coast weather in March 2013. They were responsive, however, and for the price, can't really complain."

"Ordered a MartinLogan C2. Website said it was in stock. After 2 weeks I still had not received the speaker, so I called them. They said it was on backorder and wouldn't be in for 3-5 days. I called back a week later and they said it was going to be another 3-5 days. Although they didn't have the speaker, their customer service was easy to reach and cancelled my order without any problems."

"The overall process was satisfying. It wasn't particularly fast, but the goods are quality and arrived in good condition. What I found dissatisfying is their choice of carrier to deliver. UPS expects you to have a profile on their website demanding personal information if you want to track your parcel. I don't think they need to know anything but maybe a phone number to call in case of a problem. Additionally, UPS didn't handle this shipping very professionally either. I called in when the delivery status showed that it had arrived in my town and requested it to be put on hold for me to pick up. They managed to do that for one item, but not for the other. As there where two boxes, they generated two shipping numbers. Digital Craze only supplied me with one and that one was waiting for me on hold. The other one when to delivery. And since I was not home, it took two extra days before I could collect it in person again. Not very nice if you a) do want to enjoy stereo sound out of a PAIR of speakers and b) have to organize two pick-ups not owning a car. For the future I would like them to be a tad faster and supply all issued tracking numbers so that things go more smoothly. A change in delivery carrier might also be helpful. "

"Delivery took a little longer than expected but i am happy with this product and they had the best price online.I would definitely recommend Digital Craze and will do more business with them."
