I paid through PayPal, filed a claim, and although they sided with me, PayPal could not collect and has blocked this company from using their services (even though digital4cheap still shows PayPal as an option). "Well, to put it simply, I never received the product I ordered. It is possible that this was some kind of a delivery problem, and the post office or UPS was at fault, but I was never given a tracking number, so I can only assume the fault was with Digital4Cheap. Trying to get a refund from them was like pulling teeth. They would only respond to about one in three of my inquiries. Finally, after weeks of nagging them - and eventually having to even contact Google (as the order was made via Google Checkout) - I received a refund. Avoid using this store."
"BEWARE of Digital4cheap.com, they will scam you when they can. I made a purchased on October 7,2008 and made payment via PayPal. I was given confirmation and tracking number. I would check the tracking daily for 2 weeks and the package did not move. It is now October 20th, and the package still was in the same location, GILBERT, AZ. I contacted Digital4cheap.com and the email reply stated that my item has shipped. After I made several complaints with USPS and constant emails to Digital4cheap.com I finally received a working tracking number. However, when the package arrived it was not the item I purchase. I ordered a Dual BTM60 3 meter Bluetooth Interface Module and I got a small pack of cheap double AA batteries delivered. "
"Terrible vendor experience. They billed my credit card and claimed to have shipped my ordered item two days after order was placed. They sent a tracking number that was not associcated with a package. When I inquired of them where my item was, they said it had been shipped and acted surprised that I had not recieved it. When I called them on the bogus tracking number they said they would check with the shipper. Then they stopped responding to me. I had bought through google checkout and contacted google for help. Google checkout was unable to get a response from Digital4Cheap and refunded my money. In the mean time Digital4Cheap is no longer an google checkout vendor. Stay away from them to avoid their terrible service."
"after a week or ten days, I emailed them that the package had not arrived. They said that they mailed it, and they would try to find out what happened. After about ten more days, I emailed again to ask what happened. They said, oh that still hasn't arrived, I'll send another one ASAP. And then nothing! I sent complaining emails. I said I wanted to make a claim against the "free" bond. I said I wanted to make a claim against the insurance. I asked for my money back. I told them their service was entirely unsatisfactory. On their website, they say don't get excited if there is a problem, they will make it right. So I guess that makes them lying crooks. *******I just went back to go over my review and found the first part was lost for some reason. I'm glad the amount they beat me out of was only $22.84. "

When I checked the tracking information, the only information available stated that the shipper had been notified to expect the package--but no information that they actually received or shipped the package. Requests for information were vague with no follow-ups. After 3 weeks, I requested a refund. Worst shopping experience I've had on the web."

"I am in the process of having my credit card company get my money back from this waste of a company. They sent me a USPS tracking number. When I checked with the Post office they said that only the label had been printed online and that it had never been scanned in by the Post office. Like many others here I recommend NOT doing business with this or any company that does not have a PHONE NUMBER you can contact them at. "I should have known better than to purchase something from a "company" that doesn't give a phone number on their website. There's a reason for that - so that you can't call to complain. 3 weeks after order placed (and credit card charged), no merchandise has arrived. They claim order was shipped by sending a USPS tracking number, but that just means that a tracking number was generated, it does NOT mean anything has actually been mailed. Customer service is nonexistent. I get no replies to repeated e-mails, and no way to contact them by phone. It is places like this that give buying from online retailers a bad reputation. There's an old sales adage that goes "If you make somebody happy, they'll tell ten people. Make them mad, and they'll tell a hundred." Well, thanks to the internet, I can tell a thousand. Once word gets out - and it will - this company will disappear. And it should. SCAM website. Avoid like the plague, unless you're romantic and like kissing your money. Kissing it goodbye, that is."
