I ordered an Olympus C-765 digital camera. They had the lowest price on the market for it at the time, and they still do.
Shipping was amazingly fast, like i expect it to be from New York. Every other place i have bought from that is in NYC or in the area in Long Island or NJ has shipped in 1 day to Philadelphia, and this company is no exception. Ground shipping is through UPS and I received it within one day of processing (7/13 evening i placed the order, 7/14 is was processed and put out for shipping, 7/15 i received it). Shipping price was standard for NYC companies using UPS ground. They are all same at $11 or so.
Packaging was good. Came in a nice sized box with all those little foam figure-8's.
The people who work there are very nice on the phone. I called them up because i was concerned about purchasing from a place that had no reviews (let alone good ones) on any of the big reseller review sites. They were very nice and were knowledgable about their stock/inventory. They respond to their e-mail very fast as well.

Before I contacted the CSR, I was expecting a lot of argument and hassle to ask for the return and possible a refund. However, after I explained my situation, the CSR (Ron)was nice enough to make an exception for me to issue a full refund, b/c the product was indeed defective(that was b/c Canon's Ill-designed lens and motor system, the camera was brand-new). They even pre-paid the UPS return shipping for me. 3 days after they received the return, they credited my account back. Out of total surprise, they even credited the initial shipping cost back to me! At this point, I have to say this is an awesome company and they are HONEST people! WIth their competitive price and awesome CS, I will definitely do business with them again and highly recommand digital1234 to any digital camera lovers!"

Digital 1234 bent over backwards for me trying anything and everything to get it cleared up with the bank. They are a great Co. great customer service great price on the product. "The web site might look not so good. However, the service was great. I bought Canon EOS 20D from them. I was a little skeptical at first because of its low price and cheesy web site. As soon as the order was submitted, the system email confirmation was send out immediately. After a day, I started to worried because there was no phone number or address that I can contact with the company. The only mean of communication is via email.
So, I emailed them to see if I ordered the camera before it got out of stock because the day after I order the camera, I recheck the site and it listed as out of stock. 2 hours later, they emailed me back which I considered it as pretty quick responses. They said my order is fine and will ship out today.
The order arrived on time as promised. The credit card wasn't charged until my order was shipped. The only thing I was concerned was the packing. Looks like they cut short on the packing of the product.
Especially, I order a DSLR camera, the box is a little bigger than product box and filled with peanuts foam. Doesn't look very protective. The camera works fine though.

"This was my first purchase from digital1234 which I hadn't heard of before. But after reading good reviews here and their web site, I decided to give them a try.
Orderd a Canon G6 digital camera on 10/11/2004 in the morning. Received an email notification in the afternoon that the item was shipped with the UPS tracking number. Package arrived on 10/18/2004 as scheduled (UPS ground from NJ to CA). Camera is new with USA and Canada warranty card. Also received another email confirming the delievery of the package in the evening.
The price was the lowest I could find and the whole transaction was smooth. Their web site is not fancy but very easy to use.
All in all, I was very satisfied and will definitely buy from them again."

I received 2 emails from this company which were responses to my emails wondering about shipment. However, it was the best price out there, their shipping was free, and they use UPS which is trackable. If you can deal with the lack of communication, this company is the way to go. UPDATE: I received this order this morning, 11/15/04. This company has convinced me it is top shelf and will give it my HIGHEST recommendation AAAA++++****"
