To my surprise the recorder arrived after 4 days, before Christmas, and even earlier than anticipated in their confirmation e-mail. I never received any phone calls from the company trying to sell me anything else. Of course that may also be because a DVD recorder is not dependant on batteries, accessories, etc, like a digital camera. The sale price for the recorder was just about $400, which was and seems to be the best in the market. Provided the tracking # and gave me the number to 1234 with his ext. in case of problems...Wednesday 2-21-07 1234 called to ask how I liked the TV, I stated I had not received it yet....He called the shippers and asked why it had not been delivered since it left their warehouse on Monday....He called back and said that the shipper would be calling soon....very soon indeed, 5 minutes later the shipper called to inform me that my TV would be delivered on Friday, provided his name and phone ## also. "It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received the full order. I have sent multiple emails to them, including one to cancel the order, and have received no replies. They list no phone number to call for assistance, emails only, which they ignore. I highly suggest avoiding them at all cost.
UPDATE: On the weekend of May 12, over two months since I placed the order, Digital1234 called me and said they would ship my item to me ONLY if I deleted my bad online reviews of them. Even after they enticed me with a discount, I said no since I wanted to continue warning others of this fiasco of a store."
