A packing slip and customer service contact card should have been included with your shipment and you should have also received both an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email. We are very sorry you did not receive these items and we will follow up on our end to see if we can find and resolve the cause of this error. In the meantime, we have already emailed you a copy of the invoice directly.
We welcome your comments regarding our prices, however please understand that the item you purchased is a custom part that we produce in relatively small quantities. Because of this, the manufacturing cost can seem high when compared to mass-market or high volume products.
