"I have a gateway Laptop and I recently replaced my drive with the Panasonic Slim Blu-ray Burner SATA (Tray Load) Drive (PAN-UJ-260AB) and at the same time I upgraded my software from PowerDVD 10 to PowerDVD 12 and the change was amazing. This new drive has made it possible as it reads and writes Blu-rays DVD, and CD disks. Now I am able to see crystal clear sharp color movies. With this drive and the program I am able to watch my videos and conversion of videos from 2D to 3D and so on. To burn Blu-ray disks is so easy and now I have the opportunity to build my own DVD/CD collection.
Installation was a breeze. I just removed one screw and the old disk popped out then I inserted the new one. I did ordered the Fast SATA Connection for new generation of Blu-ray disc drives but it was not needed. Check before ordering you may not need this connection. I rate this Burner a Five Star...

"Digistor's Customer Service is great! I originally bought a 5-pack of Digistor Dual Layer 50GB discs. Unfortunately, I only had 2 successful burns. The other 3 failed for different reasons. The Customer Service Rep replaced the entire 5-pack.

I wish my ASUS BW-12B1ST (Lite-On iHBS112 clone) Blu-ray burner wasn’t so picky about which Dual Layer disc I use, because the Digistor BD-R DL prices are some of the best I’ve found. I guess the money I saved on the low-end ASUS is going to be spent on high-end discs.

I recommend at least giving these Digistor Blu-Ray discs a try because if your burner does like them, then you’ll be able to save a ton of money by paying $4 to $5 less per dual layer disc than you will for name brand discs.

If my ASUS burner ever dies and has to be replaced, Digistor discs will be the first brand I try with the burner I buy to replace it."

"Excellent! I did a lot of research and really wanted a back-up for my PS3 that I would just be able to plug in and use immediately, and this does exactly as promised without any formatting or anything - just plug it in and copy your files. Its perfect for my daughter, who now has some mobility with her games (she can bring her backed up file and play the game without interruption at her grandparent's house). Its slim, comes with a carrying case and is extremely simple to use. Not only that, but I received the item just a few days after ordering it. It was shipped the following morning and was at my door on the scheduled delivery date."

"Because they are the only one to make this item I guess they can charge what ever they want. Very expensive for what it is and does not include a front for the actual player. A $2 item being sold for nearly $30 plus expensive shipping. Very unprofessional with no email confirmation, no packing slip or invoice."

"I ordered a replacement DVD drive for my laptop and all I can say is this company understands the value of good customer service. They (Brian and Michael) were prompt with responses to questions, had the item shipped and delivered in a day, and even went out of their way to ship me a discontinued item that wouldn't normally be available. That's the bottom line - these guys go out of their way to help, far beyond what we've come to expect from businesses. I would heartily recommend them and would absolutely do business with them again."

"I have to say this is a company with it's priorities in the right place. I never received the product, but this was not the fault of Digistore.

After I left my original review I received an email from Digistore expressing concern and an update that the goods were in the UK. I waited and eventually got a letter from UK customs wanting to charge a large premium in "tax" to complete delivery to me. I exercised my right to refuse and have the goods returned to Digistore direct.

Digistore maintained communication with me throughout and despite not yet receiving the returned goods, have informed me that they have processed a full refund.

I applaud their customer service and wish others were as 'customer proactive' and would not hesitate to use them again."

"The company Digistor has great customer service. I usually order BD-R discs. If you do not know what that is, BD-Rs are Blu Ray blank media discs. They deliver on time. One time i ordered, they sent me wrong item and as soon as i called them, they had arranged another shipment and also arranged for the return shipment with fed ex. As far as the product goes, i have never wasted a disc. All the discs Ive purchased through Digistor had burned correctly. I have read other uknown companies who have sold media discs that end of being "costers".
Overall, Digistor provides quality at a cheaper price."

"We ordered a converter box from digistor and the product arrived promptly. Customer service was excellent with I had many questions and Frank who was very helpful and courteous. I would not hesitate to order from them again and highly recommend this online store."
