I contacted DIGISTOR by email and wish to congratulate them on their quick reply, and discovering that the item was faulty no questions asked, DIGISTOR replaced the item, (from USA to AUSTRALIA) by Fedex international PRIORITY, and I received it in a matter of days.<br>I have no hesitation in recommending Digistor for their quality products and after sales service.<br>By the way, I purchased a DIG-78102 Blu-Ray burner for my Macbook Pro Retina (which doesn\u0027t have a DVD drive) and it works perfectly. I will also be using it on my iMac 27\u0022 when it arrives as these also have NO burner.<br>Hope and trust that this info is of assistance. Digistor\u0027s Customer Service contacted me about this issue and they have been great support and help to prevent burn failures again. Customer Service Rep sent me a 5pk discs at no additional charge. In the meantime I\u0027m using a different burning software and these Blu-Ray discs are performing very well as expected, now I\u0027m happy. Great product, fast shipping.
