When they arrived, 4 of the 5 installed without issue, but the last did not. After some in house trouble shooting, I contacted Digiconcepts about it. They were friendly about the whole thing and had me try a few more troubleshooting steps. After they agreed that the processor was probably faulty, they had me send it back and then shipped a replacement. The replacement worked fine and I completed our upgrades.<br><br>Digiconcepts is what\u0027s right with companies these days. They stand behind their products, provide excellent customer support, and their prices are very competitive.
