"I brought my combo package and everything went through except that the memory stated was 4GB Micro Drive but I got was a CF. Which I preferred anyway. After I call them to confirm, they ask me if I wanted to buy extra battery, etc which I did not. The sales guy didn't pressure me anymore. But I did ask him about the Battery Grip which I mistakenly looking at a different model (which is cheaper by $40), he went ahead and give me that price. I would buy from these people again...."
"If you have shopped around for a Camera for as long as I did then these guys are a breath of fresh air...I purchased the New model Canon 40D with the 17-85mm lens kit as a part of one of their kit packages! First of all...I ordered it on 9/19/2007 in the afternoon with the next day air service. I received it on 9/20/2007 at 9:05am!! WOW...What great service! Ralph was more than helpful as well as very pleasant to deal with. The product was in the original box and sealed. The accesories that came with it were just OK!! If you want great service and Great product in a very timely manor then Digicombos is great!! I will admit I was skepticle at first due to the price, but I am glad I did it!! My local Camera shop still hasn't gotten this new model in yet with the lens package I chose!! The soft case is very Cheap...awful actually but what do you want for free! The rest of the accessories were perfectly fine! The filters are much better quality than I had expected for the price! I would like to add that people who are in too much of a RUSH to recieve their product might want to think about one MAJOR thing and I can say it in 2 words "Identity Theft"...Disregard anyone who complains because a store tries to upsell them!!! This is their job, they are sales people. If you don't want an extra battery, SAY NO!! But if you are complaining about the time it takes to process; then goto a store and pay more money!! DON'T SHOP ONLINE!! I hate when people put bad reviews on companies who do their jobs like sell and protect your identity! This company is reputable...I own my own company and I can tell you that I would def use digicombos again!!!"

"I'm very satisfied with my purchase here, not only I got great prices but I asked for 7-10 days ground delivery and the package was at my door the very next day. Everything was as I spected, perfectly packaged and in the manufacturer's boxes. I had the warranties and everything looks well. I thought it would take longer because after I place the order over the internet, I received a mail asking me to caal back to confirm my card info, which I did. I personally think this is good for me, because it protects me from fraudulent charges, so this showed me they care about transaction security. The phone call was also very friendly, and, as I place my order from Mexico, where I live, I asked for someone there to speak in spanish. The same operator could answer all my questions in spanish as well. I was a little concerned about all the process but everything went very well. I do recommend them."

"I was initially somewhat reluctant to order from Digicombos because of the low number of ratings. But I decided to give them a chance. I ordered a Nikon D80 with the 18-135mm lens. The price was not the lowest of all on-line retailers but it was certainly lower than many. They sent me an email instructing me to call them at a 1-800 number to veriy the order. The salesman offered to sell me a battery since the "OEM battery was only going to last 45 minutes and if I waited and bought it later, I'd have to pay $239, rather than $139." (Same battery goes for $34 on Amazon.com!) I passed on the battery and that was the end of our conversation. The camera arrived 3 days later (I paid for 3 day shipping). Everything I received was as represented on their website. When I called to track the order, they were courteous and responsive. So, overall, it was a pleasant buying experience. I'd recommend them to others. "
