"A very good seller. I checked the lower priced retailers on here and all had bad reviews (100% bad). If you're polite to them they'll treat you right. Ordered a Canon G9 for 426.00 (free shipping) and got a grey market (Made in Japan) version which I'm totally happy with. VERY fast shipping. They'll try to sell you a thing or two, but they don't press you if you decline. Very friendly to deal with. I like them a lot. Ben."
"Exercise extreme caution with this outfit; hopefully my experience can help you. I saw their ad in a magazine and ordered a Nikon D80 with 18-200mm VR lens with "USA" warranty. Needed a phone call to complete order, during which they try to upsell more stuff but were overall polite; confirmed that it was new gear, closed box, with USA warranty on the phone. Arrived on time as promised...packaging however was poor and all internal boxes were slightly dented. Immediately noted they sent me the 55-200mm lens instead of the much more expensive 18-200 VR2. Also, the D80 had an open box with a home-burned copy of the PicturePerfect software in it! A red flag for a "grey market" reimported camera. This was confirmed when I called Nikon and they could not register the serial number, and offered no support for the camera. Digicombos includes a yellow "USA Warranty" card which is a third party warranty, the quality of which I have no idea (the warranty company's website was unrevealing). So I called to return everything (they have a 10 day return policy). Their "customer service" was closed for days!! I finally got through to sales who gave me a return address and promised a full refund. I returned everything unused via fed ex tracking; it arrived 3 weeks ago and despite 3 phone calls to "customer service", each promising a refund within 1-2 business days, I have yet to receive a dime in refund. This week I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. Please save yourself a lot of grief and hassle; I ended up buying the camera from a reputable online outfit for a comparable price, full Nikon USA warranty (which means you can bring it to any Nikon dealer for service) and an extremely helpful, responsive, and polite customer service. Shop carefully... "
"If you have shopped around for a Camera for as long as I did then these guys are a breath of fresh air...I purchased the New model Canon 40D with the 17-85mm lens kit as a part of one of their kit packages! First of all...I ordered it on 9/19/2007 in the afternoon with the next day air service. I received it on 9/20/2007 at 9:05am!! WOW...What great service! Ralph was more than helpful as well as very pleasant to deal with. The product was in the original box and sealed. The accesories that came with it were just OK!! If you want great service and Great product in a very timely manor then Digicombos is great!! I will admit I was skepticle at first due to the price, but I am glad I did it!! My local Camera shop still hasn't gotten this new model in yet with the lens package I chose!! The soft case is very Cheap...awful actually but what do you want for free! The rest of the accessories were perfectly fine! The filters are much better quality than I had expected for the price! I would def recomend this online store to my friends and family and I will def order from them in the future!! I hope that this helps anyone who is on the fence about their online purchase!! If you can...ask for Ralph x-105 he really helped me out and he is nice!! Reseller Ratings is one of the only sites that verifies your order so you will see that I am actually a customer and not an employee trying to beef up the rating! I would like to add that people who are in too much of a RUSH to recieve their product might want to think about one MAJOR thing and I can say it in 2 words "Identity Theft"...Disregard anyone who complains because a store tries to upsell them!!! This is their job, they are sales people. If you don't want an extra battery, SAY NO!! But if you are complaining about the time it takes to process; then goto a store and pay more money!! DON'T SHOP ONLINE!! I hate when people put bad reviews on companies who do their jobs like sell and protect your identity! This company is reputable...I own my own company and I can tell you that I would def use digicombos again!!!"

"Where to start...I ordered a Sony A-700 combo. Almost NOTHING I received matched the pieces shown on the webpage. The camera flash was different, the memory card was different, I purchased an extra battery and it wasn't even compatible!! Several other this as well but this one is the worst....The lens I received had the factory Sony seal broken and parts missing inside. Still I decided to give them a break until I took the camera on a vacation. After loading the pictures on the computer I noticed there are two smudge looking spots inside the lens. I am now convinced this is why it must have been returned. I am not sure if they will take care of me or not. Very disappointed as this is a $499 lens and basically not usable."

When I called, they were trying to sell me additional items, namely another battery and memory card. They didn't try very hard, though. Note that the memory cards on their webpage are greatly overpriced. The camera arrived very quickly and was new in box. However, it turned out to be gray market with a third party USA warranty. I haven't decided yet whether I should return the camera, simply because some other reviews indicated that it might be difficult to get back the money. Needless to say, I would never buy anything from them again and I had failed to read the reviews before placing that order."

I gave them a call to edit my order adding one product, and then I called them again becuase I needed the package earlier. They were very nice talking to and they did exactlly what I requested. "I am very skeptical of EVERY online purchase and him-hawwed for a long time before my purchase. I ordered an XTi package (combo) and could not be happier with the decision. The order was placed on Sunday afternoon after 3:00pm, I called a short time later and was suprised to get an answer, the man confirmed my order, and noted on the order my prefference of the black camera body. I received my entire order at a little after 4:00pm on Tuesday. I didn't even request the overnight upgrade!!! Every item in the package is new and the US WARRANTY was sitting right on top inside the camera box. The camera works perfectly. VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY!"
