I purchased the Stuhrling Original Aviator Calendar Pro from Chronoshark. It was a great deal on a great watch. Everything on Chronoshark was accurate about the watch, except for the MSRP. Chronoshark stated the list price for this watch is $785, but the price listed on Stuhrling's own website lists it at $640. At $89 from Chronoshark, it's still an awesome deal, but there's no need to exaggerate the MSRP.

I'm a picky customer, especially with jewelry, because I sold it for years! I have been very impressed with DiamondShark's prices but wondered about the quality. When I saw the black, men's Tungsten Carbide band, I thought it was stunning and ordered it. It arrived today and even my picky husband loved it! I will be buying from DS again!

I want to say Thank You, the Blue Sapphire & Diamond Journey Pendant Necklace was the perfect answer a problem that I had, when I bought in May. I need to find a perfect item to give my girlfriend when I proposed to her. She had told me when we started dating that she didn't like rings because she couldn't wear them at work and would loose them (she a surgical nurse). I saw the necklasce and deceided it was the perfect item that she could always have with her. She loves Sapphires and if I can't give a diamond for her hand, the diamonds in the pendant I hoped would be a beautiful substitute. Well we finally got to get away this weekend to a mountain resort. I had the necklace laying on her dinner napkin and when she saw it she fell in love with it and started crying. When I asked her to maary me, she said yes through all the tears. I have ordered 3 watches from Chronoshark in the past month: A Citizen Eco-Drive Calibre BL9000-59F Perpetual Calendar Minute Repeater, an Accutron 28E112 Barcelona Collection, and a Tag Heuer Link Series WJ1110.BA0570. I know..... I am a watch junkie. :D All three of these watches have been wonderful additions to my growing collection. All watches have arrived in new condition with all appropriate boxes manuals, etc. Each order has arrive in 2 to 3 days from the date I placed the order using standard shipping. Other online merchants could learn from this wonderful company. I sent one email to Chronoshark, and immediately received a reply from Ashley. I was inquiring about the possibility of obtaining a Tag watch that had been posted a few days earlier. While he was not able to assist me with that, he emailed me a couple of days later to inform me that he had escalated my request for a Tag, and to keep a lookout in the near future for a new Tag offering. The very next night, there it was. I cannot say enough good things about this company, I am definitely a customer for life. Oh,and since the Tag was a rather expensive purchase, I took it to my local jeweler that is an authorized Tag reseller to have it checked for authenticity. The jeweler confirmed that it was an authentic Tag. Thanks for everything Chronoshark, and I hope that I can resist another purchase for a while. ;-)

I have ordered 3 or 4 watches, a couple of pairs of earrings and a couple of rings from this great company. I have been very pleased with everything, as it has all been top quality, in the original packaging with full manufacturers warranty, and shipped very quickly. Many of the items are even shipped in beautiful gift boxes. I am thrilled with my purchases, but they are killing my bank account! I can't wait everyday to see what they offer. I am hooked!

Bought 2 Watches an ESQ and A MOVADO great prices and super quick shipping. Ordered the ESQ on 5/28/09 in the AM the watch shipped out later that day and received it on 5.30.09. Extremely pleased, the box arrived in great condition and the watch looked spanking new not even any shop soil or dust on them. Extremely pleased.

This was my first purchase from diamondshark. I am very satisfied with the created sapphire earrings that I received. The workmanship was great on the silver and the stone itself was a nice color. The only thing is that the backing of the earring can be bigger for ease of use but for this price I can't complain! Will definitely be scouting for my next diamondshark purchase!

I bought a simple ring with Diamond Shark. Nothing big, just a simple men's wedding band. Nothing big unless you are the groom strapt to it. I usually take off my ring before I shower or sleep. I guess when I did the other night, it must have got covered up with some other junk.  
 
Long story short... Bye, bye ring. I played it off as long as I could, but decided to try to contact Diamond Shark on the odd chance they might still have one.  
 
I sent an email, really not expecting any response for days, if even then. What I got was a phone call with in 10 minutes.

I got a call from Ashley and she did every thing she could to help me. I didn't know that level of customer service even existed any more. I was floored.  
 
Hands down, these are just great people to deal with. You can not go wrong with them.

First the great prices on excellent watches and then the superb backing and customer service of the store. truely one of the best shopping experience I have had online. Wish other online merchants were like them. I had recieved a faulty eco drive and I called them ... no menu for call .. right away Daniel picked up the call .. very simple process of looking up my order and within 5 minutes he had given me all the things he could do, which by the way were like listening to every customer's wish who is calling back to ask for support. Absolutely pleasent experience, I give 10 out of 10 to them, great job Guys !!

Excellent products at excellent prices, very fast shipping. Customer service was not that understanding. Basically I bought an ecodrive watch but the watch was out of batteries and did not function at all. At first i thought it was broken and the CS told me to contact the watch MFG and do a warranty repair with them or return it.... It is a brand new watch only hours old, did not make sense to do that. After some research on my own I set the watch on my window ceil and after a few hours started running. I expected the customer service to mention this instead of having me run around looking for answer or possibly returning a perfectly fine watch. Other than that, the product and shipping was excellent

My item arrived quickly and packaged well. I had an issue with my purchase, and the company took care of it.
