I spoke with the company today and they are looking into the plating issue. They are also going to allow me to return the ring for a full refund. As I told the customer service rep this morning... "I have ordered before with plenty of success and will continue to purchase from them in the future."  
 
When I saw this ring I thought it was such a beautiful ring that I wanted to purchase it for myself. I know that it was sterling silver and that I could get it sized since they always ship in a size 7. I didn't think it would be a problem. However I have taken it to several jewelry stores, all of which has told me it would be impossible to get it sized without ruining the ring since it is Rhodium plated sterling silver. The heating process would ruin the finish and cause the ring to be destroyed. So I now have a pretty ring that has to sit in a box and do nothing since it won't fit on my hand and I am unable to get it sized properly. Beware of the sterling silver... yours might be plated to.

I ordered the Technomarine Jubilee watch from them and it was a beautiful watch but the bezle was impossible to turn. I returned the watch, they gave me a refund within a day of them getting the watch back. I would buy from them again.

They had read my previous review and had listened by letting me know that I would be refunded and that a new tungsten carbide bracelet will be sent to me. This sounds too good to be true, but if it happens, Sharkstores will get back on my good side and I will spread the good word about them. Until then, I'll wait and see what happens.

i ordered an invicta watch and it was in my hands in two days.unfortunatly it was defective so i returned it.two days after chronoshark received my return a replacement was in my hands.outstanding customer service and great deals.

The quality of the item was low and no response from the customer service after 3 e-mails. Very disappointed. Last purchase for me.

I am a men's watch addict. I have over 100, including 4 other Invictas. Watches are really the only universally accepted men's jewelry. My newest Invicta, with a suggested retail of $495 cost me $57 plus shipping. The watch is spectacular. Best of all my relationship with Invicta Shark was wonderful. I have a PO Box and UPS does not ship to them. After a couple of pleasant email exchanges with a real person, it was all straightened out, and the watch arrived right on time. I've also used Chrono Shark to purchase an auto winder for my Rolex Submariner (which isn't as striking as my new Invicta). The winder was delivered on time, also. With my addiction, I'm sure I'll be dealing with both of them many, many times. I couldn't be more pleased!

Once again DiamondShark delivers. You guys rock! Item is exactly as described and pictured. Perfect. Thanks again.

I placed an order a few weeks before Christmas, and while wrapping gifts a few days before Xmas I realized that I hadn't received it. I checked the shipping info, which showed only that UPS was still expecting the package. I emailed ChronoShark, if they responded I missed it, but I had no doubts that I wouldn't have it for Xmas.  
 
To my great surprise, the order arrived in time, they sent it to me next day air. I know how crazy shipping can get for retailers during December, if anything "falls thru the cracks" during that rushed time it can be hard to catch the error. I really appreciate how they came thru for me! Also, the item I ordered was absolutely gorgeous, wish I'd purchased another for myself!

Bought ear rings and the post was bent, I didn't want to straiten it in case it broke off. The matching ring had sharp edges and would snag clothing. I emailed twice and no answer. I've ordered a total of 8 times and this is my last.  
 
UPDATE:Called their number and returned jewelry. They refunded full purchased price.

Beware of doing business with this merchant. I was double billed for the item purchased and they refused to refund the duplicate billing even after being provided with the credit card transaction reference numbers for the two billing..! The deals are good, but not at twice the price..! --UPDATE-- As of Jan. 9th, DiamondShark /SharkStores has refunded the overcharges and went beyond the requested refund and credited my Visa account for the original purchase price also. Although it took nearly a month and several emails and phone calls I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Thank you Casandra..! I am changing the rating to 4 checks.

I just received my Invicta Reserve Ltd. Edt. Lupah with the Navy Blue Sandstone Dial. WOW, this watch is absolutely beautiful. This was the first time I had ever ordered a watch through InvictaShark. What is to follow are my true feelings of this company!  
 
No words can describe how satisfied I am in so many respects of Invicta Shark.  
 
1 - My watch came in prestine condition, factory fresh, all wrapped and sealed, all tags in place.  
The watch was in perfect running condition. I couldn't get a better one even if I was able to buy it from Invicta directly at their doorstep!!!  
 
Rumors from watch collectors that many internet based resellers of watches send you returned, refurbissed, broken, opened, used watches could possibly be true, but .... INVICTA SHARK ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT. The only way they send your watch is ...BRAND SPANKING NEW!!  
 
2- The process of the order through the internet from beginning to end was a smooth as a knife going through butter.  
All aspects of this sale were as professional as you can get. All confirmations were sent immeadiately through e-mail and delivery was swift. Ups delivered the watch in just a matter of a few days. Bravo!  
 
I needed to call Invicta Shark for a bit of information, and to see if there was any way they possibly could help me in receiving the New Reserve packaging for this watch. The packaging they sent to me was not Reserve packaging, but standard Invicta watch packaging.This was no fault of InvictaShark since they received it from Invicta that way, so this was never any issue with InvictaShark at all!  
 
Without any hesitation, Invicta Shark understood my needs as a watch collector, and immeadiately said they would order through Invicta the Brand New complete Reserve packaging for this watch. Could you ask for any better service? I think not!  
 
In my opinion, InvictaShark has a great deal to be PROUD OF when it comes to their Reputation, their Products, their Customer Service, and especially THEIR PRICES!  
 
My hat is tipped to a great company, and it will be a pleasure doing business with them again, continually in the future!

ShrksStores is Great! I've bought two watches and a pair of earing for my wife- Everytime I get the item it looks better than in the pictures.
