Detailer's domain provides excellent service and good tips on how to use their products. I always had my products arrive from their store free of damages and sometimes they even thrown in free bonuses such as 4oz Adams detail sprays and Instructional DVDs. They also post their detail jobs so others can see how to use their products.

as always i am 100% satisfied both with the quick shipping/delivery and the responsiveness to email questions. not to mention the products are always top quality.

Merchant spoke with me for at least about an hour on the phone, trying to understand the needs I had, but also, the manner in which I like to started using the products. On top of that, as I decided to pick up the detailing materials myself, I got a great explanation in person on the materials, the workings, and the additional materials on hand, however, without ever having felt that this merchant was trying to upsell me.

Like everyone says, Phil is amazing. His prices are the best, and customer service is without equal. Communication is the quickest of any vendor I've dealt with. And if there are any complications (I forgot one item when I placed my order) they are dealt with easily and immediately. I only wish all retailers had this level of service.

Phil is the BEST. I ordered and later that day he started a sale. I emailed him and he gave me the sale price immediately, and tossed in some free product. He carries the best products and is passionate about customer service.

I've bought from Detailer's Domain twice. The first time Phil personally recommended most of the products I bought and shot some emails back and forth to help me out. The second time around he refunded me some money for an extra promotion he had. All my transactions with Detailer's Domain are smooth as butter and really are very convenient. He takes care of his clients like he's known them for years, and he answers any questions you have regarding any of the products he sells, and he'll even explain the best procedure for the situation.. I bought a PC7424XP and two polishes that Phil personally recommended, and I couldn't be happier with both. I look forward to learning how to use the machine to its potential.
