Merchant spoke with me for at least about an hour on the phone, trying to understand the needs I had, but also, the manner in which I like to started using the products. On top of that, as I decided to pick up the detailing materials myself, I got a great explanation in person on the materials, the workings, and the additional materials on hand, however, without ever having felt that this merchant was trying to upsell me.

Like everyone says, Phil is amazing. His prices are the best, and customer service is without equal. Communication is the quickest of any vendor I've dealt with. And if there are any complications (I forgot one item when I placed my order) they are dealt with easily and immediately. I only wish all retailers had this level of service.

He takes care of his clients like he's known them for years, and he answers any questions you have regarding any of the products he sells, and he'll even explain the best procedure for the situation.. I bought a PC7424XP and two polishes that Phil personally recommended, and I couldn't be happier with both. I look forward to learning how to use the machine to its potential.
