I ordered on July 4, used Google Checkout, on July 7 they charged my card, on July 8th they shipped it. On July 9th it was already at my door (apparently they actually shipped it before google checkout showed it as shipped).
I was a little concerned that it would be out of stock and used live chat with a representative, who was very helpful and told me when it would be shipped.

This transaction occurred on the weekend and I immediately sent an e-mail to correct the problem. There was no response. A few days lapsed and I called the toll-free number and the rep Diana indicated that the item was not eligible for free shipping and it had already shipped. I printed off the pages through the order process so that I have proof that the shipping was zero until the point that they charged my CC and provided a confirmation. Be very careful of shipping with this company."

Four weeks have passed and DSO's website is accepting no orders and notes that any customer due refunds should send a fax or email. I called DSO's phone number during regular business hours and receive a recording saying they are closed. I faxed and emailed a refund request and have received no reply. I am wondering if DSO is out of business."
