When you placed the order for this microwave our inventory system erroneously marked the item as in stock (I was the sales rep who you placed your order with). Another customer had purchased that same unit from us in the morning via our website and our warehouse shipped it out same day. I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience I caused! I see that my customer service team emailed you a list of similiar models when they canceled your order. This was as a courtesy and not meant as a ploy to bait and switch you. As you saw when you came to visit we are small business and every customer is important to us. If you do decide to purchase a different model I'd be glad to offer you a discount.
