"As a craftsman, I have to order a great variety of tools, materials, and other supplies from a large number of vendors.

My experience with this outfit was first-rate.

The salesperson gave me excellent advice, and guided me to the proper product for my needs, and upon inquiring about my specific use, offered to include some useful attachments free of charge!

Service was excellent, and I had my new appliance in two days.

I wish all my vendors would study with these folks!"

"Purchased Fridge and cooktop on Friday and delivered next Day
Saturday for an extra fee. Was called on Friday by the delivery company and once again on Saturday morning. They showed up on time and very courteous and professional. Both items were brand new and in original packaging. Great pricing and fast delivery. AAA++++"

"Excellent service and very helpful sales representative who guided me to just the right grill at a great price. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but they had all the best brands at great prices and did not push me toward something which was more grill than was necessary for my situation. Highly recommended seller. "

"These guys are really slow! I bought a Viking Vent from them. On the site it showed the item as in stock. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I sent an email to the customer service address. They said they did not have the item, but would get it in less than a week. That was 10 days ago, and they still have not shipped the item"

"Ordered dishwasher and 5-year extended warranty. Received dishwasher, did NOT receive warranty. Wrote to company 4 times asking for warranty. Each time, company NON responsive. Now, 4 weeks have gone by and I will contact the attorney general of the state of NJ and report fraud and suspected criminal activity by this company. In addition, i will dispute the charge with Visa. Horrible customer service. "

"Checked the reviews before I bought, and they were generally good. We had a horrible experience. Absolutely no communication from these people at all. They debited our card, took our money, but we heard nothing. We called 2 days later and only after that did we receive an order confirmation e-mail, so apparently they hadn't even entered it yet. A few days later, still no call from them and no shipping notification, so we called again. We were told the item was backordered and wouldn't be in until the following Wednesday. Wednesday came and went. Again, no call, e-mail or any other communication from them. We called once again. The item still hadn't arrived and they had no idea if it had been ordered or when it would ship. Back to square 1 - and throughout this entire process they never contacted us once. We had to do all of the following up and still ended up with nothing. I ended up cancelling my order. I'll go elsewhere. "

"Ordered microwave 2/20/12. Sales confirmed stock and I scheduled warehouse pickup for 2/23/12. Called morning of pickup to be told "it was not on the truck". Later I was told the one sold to me had already been sold to someone else. On 2/28/12 they canceled the order. I could wait until May or chose a more expensive model. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. DISHONEST!
Don't expect a call back if you have a problem, they do not care."

“Thank you for your recent order Doug. When you placed the order for this microwave our inventory system erroneously marked the item as in stock (I was the sales rep who you placed your order with). Another customer had purchased that same unit from us in the morning via our website and our warehouse shipped it out same day. I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience I caused! I see that my customer service team emailed you a list of similiar models when they canceled your order. This was as a courtesy and not meant as a ploy to bait and switch you. As you saw when you came to visit we are small business and every customer is important to us. If you do decide to purchase a different model I'd be glad to offer you a discount. "i bought a weber grill from this company. Since the price was great I recommended the store to my sister. We bought got our grills within 7 days (mind you that we live in Colorado and items were shipped from new jersey) Company appreciated our business and sent us original weber covers for free. They earned our good review."
