"Designer Appliances had the best price on a compact U-line ice maker I ordered. However, the day after I ordered it Designer Appliances sent me an email stating the product had been discontinued by U-Line. I continued to search for it on line and located it and received it at a better price from Ice-makers Direct. I'm not sure why they were able to get it if it was discontinued. It also was on the U-line website so I'm confused by Designer Appliances response."

"On two different occasions, I have ordered the same part for my kitchen stove. The processing went smoothly. Hours later, I received an email that said the part was not available at the time, and that my credit card has not been charged. That's good. My suggestion is that your software be modified to red flag any item that is not available, right up front, rather than wasting more time (really, now... why should I be going thru the purchase process when the part is not even available?) I know this can be done. Thank you."
"The range was late in arriving to them. They did not contact me to let me know. I had to contact them. When the delivery company finally contacted me, I had to remind them that I had already paid for installation and removal of old unit. The unit was damaged when delivered. They are to replace a part, but I still have not heard from them. I will, once again, call them. So easy to purchase online with Designer Appliances. Although the people on the phone are very nice, there is virtually no followthrough."
