"If good customer service is important to you don't even consider doing business with Delta To Go. I ordered a kitchen faucet on July 6th believing it would arrive in a week or so like eFaucets and other on line sellers. It is now July 22nd and I still do not have the faucet. My granite counter was installed on July 19th and we have been without water, ice maker and dishwasher ever since. If you like talking to a customer service rep in India who is completely ignorant about the company he represents, who has no supervisor at hand, says there is nothing more he can do and says there is no one to whom you can speak.... give them a try. That's after calling them numerous times only to have the call go to voicemail with the mailbox full. E-mail is the same thing, they claim they will respond the next morning but they don't. I did not get a tracking number until July 19th after several requests.I find it curious that when going to "about Home Products" there is a statement signed "Joseph B., administrator". Why no last name? Why no job title? Bottom line, the prices may be tempting but it is not worth the hassle."

I am very sorry about your experience with our company. You processed your order over the phone with me and there was an error in our computer systems importing the order correctly. As soon as the error was caught, your order was uploaded right away and the products were shipped out immediately. I did provide all of my contact information to you over the phone and via email, and it’s always best to follow up with the person you processed your order with. Our service team is filled with many different ethnicities, and we pride ourselves on giving top notch service at all times.

"Customer service?? non-existent! I should have realize that no reputable company would only have e-mail for customer service. I ordered 2 brass faucets in December of 2010. When the still hadn't arrived in December, I contacted them to ask why. I was informed they were backorded. Luckily, I had given myself plenty of lead time. Finally, on February 25th, they arrived. However, they had shipped me the wrong finish! Since they would only use e-mail for customer service, I sent them another e-mail - each time having to wait a MINIMUM of 7 days for a response. After being told I had to ship them back before they would send me the right finish, I quickly sent them back the very next day. After several more e-mails, they finally admitted they had them back and would ship the right finish. This was now March 18th. Then, a week later after an e-mail, I was informed that the finish I want wasn't in stock. I was fed up by this time so told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I place an order with OverstockDeals and received the RIGHT faucets a week later! Meanwhile, I was trying to get my money back from Deltatogo. After 4 more e-mails with NO answer, on May 5th I was finally informed the money was being sent back to my account. When the money finally appeared, they had refunded $529.26. Sadly, I had paid $611.74 PLUS shipping! I guess they felt I hadn't worked hard enough to get the full amount back??!! Or maybe they didn't consider that it was them that couldn't fufill my order. Anyway, after 3 more e-mails with no response, it is now June 10th and I have resorted to putting my comments anywhere I can to help others NEVER BUY from Home Products to Go (including Delta to Go)unless you want to lose money and time for nothing."

“I see the back ordered notification was emailed to you the day after you placed the order and the item was canceled per your request the very next day and your account was also refunded.

I am sorry we were not able to ship the item to you per your request, but I do see your order being serviced in a timely fashion.
