I ordered an expensive subscription to The Economist in Febuary of 2009. To date I have not received one issue. I have called and was promised a refund or a subscription reissue. I waited and called again after several weeks when I did not receive either an issue or a refund. Once again I was promised the magazine subscription would be forthcoming. After several more weeks I wrote a letter requesting a refund. To date I have not even received the favor of a reply or a refund on my $71.95. This is simply thievery. I have no recourse through PayPal as the whole process went on so long. Since they tell you to wait each time 8-12 weeks you just end up losing your money.
