Looking on their site I found a very good offer for a Canon EOS 1V camera and I placed an order. My credit card details were wrong and they emailed me the same day to ask for correct details. Once received there was a problem with my credit card and they emailed me again. At last I received my camera in Italy in four working days through FedEx. I then asked to book a very expensive lens, a Canon EF 70-200 f/2,8 L IS USM lens in order to wait to have room in my card budget and they kept it for me at the price of the day I booked it and charged my card on my instructions when possible. I already received my lens always in four working days. I'm now booking some more accessory that are not in stock and I'm in touch with their Customer Service on a daily base. I want to thank Henny, Molly and Betty from their Customer and account services because they are serious, punctual and very professional. Last but not least: their prices are gorgious Carlo Botteghi"

"This i sthe second time I have dealt with Delta International. I bought a Voigtlander 1.9/28 Ultron for $416 shipped to Denver. They have completed the transaction and sent me a notification with my UPS tracking number. They charged $10 to ship 3 pounds to Colorado. The shipment went out the same day. $10, not $25. I am sick of the bait and switch that other companies do with shipping. Delta does it right.
I also had to call them to tell them to wait two days before they debited my account. They did this and when I was on the phone with them I didn't catch any grief. Try calling Cambridge Camera or aaaCamera to ask a simple question. They are rude from the start
I have also bought a Leica 2/90 ASPH lens from them and the transaction went off without a hitch.
Why shop ebay? These guys are golden, and their prices are usually in line of better than what I have seen on the auctions."

"Ordered a Sigma 30/1.4 lens for Canon by phone at about 4PM and shipped in the same day. The lens was mis-calibrated (Sigma's problem), called them and they shipped another one immediately. The second lens is great! Wonderful customer service, the very nice lady dealt with was Raizy. Highly recommended!"

"They had the cheapest price on for a place with a good reputation and delivered overnight when I needed a lens quickly. Talked to Henny about a shipping issue (must list alternate shipping address with CC company) and she was very helpful. I will go back to Delta for my next purchase. "
