On behalf of Deerso, we wanted to take this opportunity to apologize that your items were damaged when they arrived. As customers ourselves, we understand that this can be a frustrating situation. After looking over your account, we see that although you purchased the items from Deerso, the order was actually fulfilled by Amazon. For all "Fulfilled by Amazon" orders, all product returns must go through Amazon.
However, in an effort to speed up the process, we have contacted Amazon's customer service department. Since security is a top concern for Amazon(as it should be), Amazon would not allow us to authorize a refund/reshipment on your behalf, which is understandable! We can certainly try calling together to make your experience easier when speaking with them. All they need is your Amazon order number, and either your mailing/billing address and/or your email address. The best way to reach Amazon is by phone at 1-866-216-1072 and they will be happy to assist you.

"Excellent experience. They shipped the first business day after I ordered, emailed a valid tracking number, sent a follow-up email to make sure I'd gotten the t/n. The part itself arrived the following day - obviously subject to UPS ground shipping logistics, but in this case a stellar experience."
