As explained on the phone, all of our metric zincs are casted in standard nominal size molds. During the pouring of zinc, for metric zincs, the zinc is poured around a metric tube for a particular shaft size.
You ordered 30mm shaft zincs and received 30mm shaft zincs. If you measure the inner diameter of the zincs and find that they are not 30mm, we will gladly pay for the return shipment of the zincs, refund your order, and will buy you 30mm zincs from any zinc manufacturer that you choose. We stand behind and guarantee our products 100%.”
