The size was difficult to find, I found it at Decor Island and a few other websites.<br>Because of the urgency to fix my cracked sink, I called each supplier to see who had it on hand. Decor Island was the only one who had the item on hand at the time. I ordered the sink for next day arrival (at an additional cost)on a Monday and was told it was too late in the day to do so it would ship the next day which was fine. The sink did not arrive on Wednesday. When I called they explained to me the product wasn\u0027t there and that it would ship that same day to arrive on Friday. Now we play the waiting game. It has been a week and still have not received the item. Calls to customer service end with being placed on hold until disconnection. <br><br><br>Follow up:<br> <br>Finally got a hold of, and I use this term VERY loosely, \u0022Customer Service\u0022. It appears that ALL THREE of the item \u0022IN STOCK\u0022 were damaged and could not be shipped. Decor Islands solution to this problem was to simply CANCEL the order... without any notification (Did I mention that I REALLY NEED this item?). I have been waiting for a week for an order that is not coming because Decor Island doesn\u0027t deem it necessary to inform their customers that they cannot deliver on a placed order. I asked for a tracking # to be email to me which they agreed to do. 2 days later and still no tracking #. I called again today, they gave me the tracking # and when I checked it showed that it had been shipped 2 days earlier. If I wouldn\u0027t have called the first time I doubt if they would have shipped it to begin with. Calling them is a joke too. "Poor service after the sale. Untimely delays in merchandise delivery. Different explanations....exact opposites.....provided for issues on shipments. Extra shipping charges billed without notification at time of sale. Definitely not worth purchasing from this reseller."
