"My order from Aqua brass was supposed to take 4-6 weeks to plate then ship off to me and to my surprise they got the job done 2 weeks earlier which was great. my plum,ber was able to install eveything because the valves and spec pages were all mailed over to me as promised. decor island is not just a site that takes you credit card, they serve you to the end."

"I purchased a towel rod from Decor Island on 4/17/12. This rod is specifically designed to attach to a particular sink, and although I have the sink, I am unable to use the rod. Since bathroom renovation takes some time, I was not aware that it could not be attached within their 21 day return period. Customer service at Decor Island refuses to accept a return on May 22. I explained that I would be happy with merchandise credit, but that too was refused. I was advised to try and resell the item on EBAY. So, I am now stuck with a $250 item that I can't use! I have never encountered a company, online or otherwise, that was so unbending and with such a "screw the customer" policy. Needless to say, I will NEVER order anything from this vendor, and will post my experience at every opportunity. "

"I'm always a little skeptical when ordering online from someone I've never used before. I was impressed that I was able to speak with a real person when I called with a question. My order arrived exactly within the time frame as promised. Through no fault of this vendor, we did have an issue with a part of the order. I was immediately assured that it would be taken care of, and it was. Very efficiently, quickly, and without one minute of any type of hassle. I would most definitely order from this vendor again. "

"I placed an order for a couple of somewhat hard to find faucet items and DI had them in stock and shipped them quickly. The account rep was also communicative and responsive. I enjoyed the business transaction and would do business with them again if the need arises. "

"I should have checked the reviews first. I ordered a very expensive vanity and was assured that it was good quality - as I did pose that question. I had to wait several weeks for it to arrive and it was packed really well. Being a senior citizen I had to wait for the plumber to arrive to install. It was a few days and when he upwrapped and unwrapped, then bubble wrap, box and styrofoam then the vanity. The leg was damaged. There was no evidence of broken wood in box so had to be packed that way. Since I did not unwrap and report damage within 48 hours - they are refusing to do anything. It was shipped from DECORISLAND - FAUCETSTOP is not even responding. RUN FROM THESE COMPANIES."

"I had a need for a sink replacement for a vanity. The size was difficult to find, I found it at Decor Island and a few other websites.
Because of the urgency to fix my cracked sink, I called each supplier to see who had it on hand. Decor Island was the only one who had the item on hand at the time. I ordered the sink for next day arrival (at an additional cost)on a Monday and was told it was too late in the day to do so it would ship the next day which was fine. The sink did not arrive on Wednesday. When I called they explained to me the product wasn't there and that it would ship that same day to arrive on Friday. Now we play the waiting game. My dissatisfaction lies in the fact that I was told it would ship on one day only to call and find out it was shipping 2 days later than originally told me."

"Excellent service. I placed an order Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered on Friday morning and that was with the free shipping. The product which was fragile arrived in perfect condition."

"The price was right but the customer service is bad. You cannot get a customer service rep to respond to any inquiries be it on the phone (2 calls so far) or via e-mail (3 or 4 so far). I requested expedited shipping at an extra cost and when the shipping was late customer service wouldn't even acknowledge my complaint. The product has a defect but I'm not even going to attempt to address that issue."
