"We bought a high end bathroom sink from them. The granite installer says that the middle of 1 wall of the sink is bowed inwards by 5/16 inch. Have been trying to contact Decor Island for the past 4 days. Their phone go to voice mail during business hours. There is no response to emails. They were much moe accessible and responsive in 2011 when I purchased a high end faucet from them. Have had no luck ascertaining if they are still in business."
"Right now I am very frustrated with the company. I have tried calling several times, but am always assured that they are closed and I should call back during business hours. I am calling well in the middle of a weekday and they say they will be open then. I am to reply not to the email they sent, but to one of several possibilities for customer support. None of those have gone through because they don't know me or whatever. All I want to know is the predicted delivery date."
"I will not be doing business with this company again. My first order, which was supposed to be shipped within 2-3 days, was finally shipped more than a month after I ordered it. The second item I ordered, though it listed dimensions that should have fit my sink, was about an inch larger than advertised and thus did not fit. Now I am attempting to return both items, and despite my attempts to call several times during their business hours, I am greeted with a recording telling me their offices are closed. Unlike other online merchants, this one offers no way to return merchandise. Because it was drop-shipped, I am afraid that if I return the merchandise to the shipper, I will not receive a proper refund. And Decor Island so far has offered no help. I also have sent emails to their support address and received no reply."
"Did not shipp item in a timely manner. Called once said it would ship the next day, it did not. Called back a week later - said they shipped it could not provide tracking number. Then said manufacturer sent incorrect part - still did not provide tracking for original part. Said they would reship. Cancelling the Order"
"Will never order from this company again! After not receiving the order placed on 2/12/13 order #DI52367, on 2/27/13, I called Decor Island, they advised me at that time the item showed to be there but when they went to pull it from the stock it was not and will be back ordered for 2 to 3 weeks. Agreed to wait, then on 3/18/13 called Decor Island again at 9:10am they said the item had been shipped and to call customer service after 10:30am to get a tracking number. Called customer service at 2:13pm on same day 3/18/13, they advised me that the item had not been shipped and it would be on back order another 2 to 3 weeks, no explanation on why I was told it had been shipped earlier in the day. I stated at that time I wanted to cancel my order and to refund my credit card the amount of $65.09, I asked for a confirmation number or something to let me know that this transaction was going to take place and he said they would send an e-mail, which to me was very surprising since the only correspondence I have received so far from Decor Island is the original confirmation e-mail. I order online frequently and have never experienced a situation like this where the company didn't correspond with you especially when there is a problem with the stock or order. I am also copying this survey to Sears since it was their website that referred me to your company along with making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I checked my e-mail yesterday 3/18/13 several times along with my credit card company and a refund has not been issued as of yet, as well as checking both again this morning and no refund yet. If a refund hasn't been issued by noon today 3/19/13, I will dispute the charges on my credit card with my credit card company."
"I must day that if it wasn't for Joe Spiegel, more than likely we would not have ordered from Decor Island. To date, we have not yet received all of our merchandise in this large order. And normally we do not order online without seeing the products with the naked eye. However, in this case, Joe impressed my husband and me with his sincere concern, knowledge, and patience. His honesty in the various manufacturer's quality for the cost and his reassurance that the products we liked online were very good, gave us the confidence to buy sight unseen. With that being said, what has been delivered thus far has indeed pleased us. We were assured by him that any damage or dissatisfaction would be remedied by him personally and we developed a trust that we can attest to from a previous order that was received damaged. Lastly, and most importantly, he tried to save us as much money as possible, even matching your competition online if we found an item that we wanted to buy at a cheaper price. We also appreciated his prompt feedback and his contact with us by email or voicemail from time to time without being pushy. He was just helpful in keeping us focused so we could have our remodeling materials in time for our big master bath project. The bottom line, we hope you reward this valuable employee in some fashion! This retired teacher has now placed a "gold star on his forehead!" : ) Lastly, thank you for caring enough to ask us for a review or feedback on our experience with your company! A company is only as good as its employees..."

"We ordered 4 santec Monza series taps from Joe on February 12. The price was excellent and he said he could have them delivered direct to us in Victoria, Canada. They arrived on March 11. We are delighted with decor island"
"So far my experience has been a disaster. I ordered a 24', polished towel warmer Dec 17, 2012, and it is now Feb 26th, and I have yet to see it. The last communication I had was back in mid January when I had to call in and ask for a status update because I had not been contacted and told it was delayed even further. Now today, Feb 26th, I tried calling in, was on hold for 11 minutes, and then the phone was cut off?
Are you still in business or have I lost my money? I think your company has some great products to offer but this performance has left me with zero confidence. I would appreciate a call back to bring me up to date on my order please and thank you.
"Its hard to order,no photos.People don't know products.Returns of wrong items a hassle no return packages customer has to pay return cost.Hopefully to be refunded.Should have image parts list.Hard to get answers to product,if the order is the right parts."
