"I "chatted" with a representative to find out if the item I wanted was in stock. She asked for a bunch of identifying information (email address, etc.) before she answered my question. Kind of seemed weird, but she assured me that the item was in stock and I could order it. Then I attempted to pay via PayPal. I got a message from PayPal indicating that the merchant could no longer receive money from PayPal. Again, kind of seemed weird. I asked the customer service person how long she expected it to take before that was fixed, and she couldn't even give me a hours/days/months type estimate. Fine. I put it on a one-time-use credit card. I then got to a screen which explained that they could not reply to emails sent from my email domain (earthlink.net). THEN I started getting spam from them, asking if I would like to make money selling designer eyeware. Then today I get a bogus email from Tony giving some lame excuse about how they had one pair of glasses and the frame had this LITTLE crack so he wouldn't sell it to me, and they are discontinued. I am certain they didn't have the glasses to begin with, and am still waiting for my money back. This is a very unprofessional, fly-by-night business.

Response to my request for a refund, from "Tony" at DecorMyEyes:
"GO fuck yourself don’t tell me I have 1 hour are you out of your mind?
Who do you think you are?

I will post a refund you can meanwhile drop dead""

"This company boasts “Customer Service At Its Finest” on its website and emails. I have found nothing that indicates this remark is true. I placed an order for a pair of specific Oakley sunglass as a gift for my fiancé. When the order arrived they were a different pair than I had requested. Thinking this would be an easy fix, I emailed the company requesting a refund or exchange. They responded in incomplete sentences with “this is what you ordered and this is what you got” explaining that “there is a 20% restocking fee” should I choose to return the item. Their suggestion was to use the item as a gift if it was not what I wanted. I went a step further and sent an image of the item that I ordered. They have yet to respond. I am now stuck with a pair of sunglasses that retail for about $99 when I paid $169.99 for the glasses I requested. As annoying as this process has been the fact that their dishonest claims are posted on every email did not help. I could not believe how rude and irrational this company is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU ORDER OR ANY ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"This guy is disgusting. He sent my fake Chanel sunglasses and threatened to shoot me when I asked for a refund. He even sent a picture of his gun in his hand when I said I was filing a claim with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM! He also has 5 other websites:

Decormyhome.com
Eyeandsun.com
Eyewearus.com
GlassesExpo.com
OpticGenius.com"

"I e-mailed to ask a question about an item and after I received a response, I was added to their list and received spam e-mail from them. I asked to be removed from their e-mail list and they responded "go fuck yourself." He also used the "n" word and told me he had a big penis. I was horrified. He is still e-mailing insults to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."

"RIP OFF!! They took my chanel sunglasses and then lost them. Said if I paid $200 cash or western union I could get them replaced... READ all the negative reports at the BBB before doing business with this company!!!"

"The glases item were not ordered. The order was canceled while chatting with the rep to get the price correct and before my card was billed. Once I learned, the order would not be shipped until after payment was complete I canceled the order. There is no need for this item to occur interest on my charge card prior to shipping.
The next day I got an email saying that my order was being processed. When I contacted them, I was informed that I would still be billed $25 for a layaway fee. Company has refused to resolve the complaint or refund my card."

"They were very rude during the purchase of lense cleaner. I didn't understand why, now I know. This guys is an idiot, thinking all the bad publicity will get him noticed and people will go there to buy from him. I say, don't. Put him out of business."

"I wish I would have seen these reviews before I purchase from DecorMyEyes. This company is run from a garage and after so many complains on line I don’t know why they are still in business. I purchased DG frame alone with prescription glasses. The prescription was wrong, the frame is defective and the support does not exist. We try to have them at least fix the prescription and they want us to pay again to have them fixed!!! Even though they advertise 100% satisfaction the $400.00 I paid I lost. They have no experience in working with prescriptions glasses and the brands they offer are the defectives units that do not pass the quality from the original brands. This company is a garage company!!. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!"

"I ordered a pair of sunglass and regular glasses from this website. I soon recieved emails that the sunglasses were out of stock and discontinued, and that the frames were damaged and backordered. After waiting three weeks I inquired on the status of the backorder and mentioned that my situation was like a "bait and switch." Stanley Bolds emailed me the following:

"You know when I was in the Police Acedemy I was just like you.
Every single incident I wanted to lock someone up.
Everytime I was a pen writting on a wall I wanted to make an arrest for grafitti but I didnt even want to notice the paper that was under the pen
and didnt want to see the man just mearly using the wall as a board to write on.

Basically you need to take it easy. Nobody is out to get you.
Its my bad on the RALPH yes, havent sold it for 6 months didnt know it was discontinued
Shoot and me and sue me :) ahaha

I have refunded you for this item today.

The versace is 100% brand new and authentic and will be going out shortly from the lab
They are swamped as I gave them excessive amounts of lenses to cut."

This guy is a complete egotistical jerk, and I have never been insulted by a business person before. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN OR WEBSITE! He is rude, a con-man.
**Update**
I just received another email from Mr. Bolds quote,
"You must be a boring person with no sense of humor at all.
You are a fucking TIGHTASS is what you are.
I hate people like you.
I would pull a chair out in front of you if I can and have you slam your head on the cold concrete

I HATE YOU>"

Unless you want to receive emails like this when ordering glasses, do not buy from this man.
