"Do your research! This guy is a scamming liar. I sent my $400 Tom Ford glasses for repair and they said they couldn't send me an estimate because they were closed for inventory. I never heard from then again. I knew I was scammed and bought a new pair. After several emails, they finally said they sent me an estimate and I owed them $80 for the repair. I told them I never approved them to do the work and I never received the estimate and told them to just send the glasses back. They refused to send them back, threatened to resell them on ebay and started calling my home harrassing me for money!! When I picked up the phone and said stop calling the girl literally started yelling at me. My story is not the worst but I definitely beleive all that I read about this guy. Be careful!!"

"I too have fallen victim to this vendor - but in my case I sent him MY Revo' sunglasses to repair, and he STILL HAS THEM. It's great that he got nailed, but what do I do now to recover my property?
This sucks - I have been a huge internet-buyer in the last 10 years, but in 2010 I got scammed TWICE!
I blame the search engines for escalating this guy to a level where I saw his site, and used it. If they were aware of all the negative red-flags, then the listing should have warned me - I think.

"This merchant is a scam. I ordered a frame for $252.94 and after not receiving it this is what I get:

The item you purchased had contained a small crack on the frame and I was not Comfortable in sending you this item as it was.
What I did was send the item back to the Company for a replacement and to order a new one.
We only sell 100% brand new authentic designer items That are pretty pricey and we must adhere to a high level of perfection. I got a phone call later in the day to inform us that this particular item is DISCONTINUED

I found out too late that this vendor is not honest. I placed an order at www.eyewearus.com (sister website of DecormyEyes.com) for sunglasses, I haven't received any and after 3 weeks I contacted them through chat on their website and I canceled the order. It was confirmed in chat. Next day they send me an email that they don't have that item in stock but they can send me something similar. At that moment I knew already that they are a scam (see the complaints in the links below) and I told them that I canceled already the order and I hope that they did not charge my credit account...but they did since Sep 20 and after almost a month I haven't received any sunglasses. So be aware, it seems that this business, which has more websites (www.eyewareus.com, www.decormyeyes.com see bellow and www.bbb.com link)is a BIG FRAUD.
