SCAM,LIARS,INTERNET CROOKS THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR ITEM IN STOCK THEY SAY THEY DO BUT THEY DONT
THIS COMPANY WON THE SHADES THEY SENT ME FROM EBAY FOR 63 BUCKS USED AND SCRATCHED ,MEANWHILE I PAID 142.94 SINCE MAY 27TH FOR NEW SHADES,EMAILS YEP SENT THEM PHONE CALLS YEP I MADE THEM STILL NO SHADES I AM NOW GOING TRU PAYPAL TO FILE DISPUTE TO GET MY MONEY BACK THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST SITES TO DO BIZZ WITH I READ THE REVIEWS AND WENT AHEAD AND TRIED THEM OUT BIG MISTAKE BIG BIG MISTAKE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR PAY MORE FOR YOUR SHADES IF U HAVE TO IT WILL BE WORTH IT IN THE END

******SCAM ALERT********
DecorMyEyes and EyeWearUS are the same company. DON'T do business with either of them. It is a SCAM!!! Here's how it works: they claim to have your item in stock and once you give them your credit card # they will tell you that the "one" that they had in stock is damaged. When you try to cancel, they charge you a 20% "cacellation fee." That is how they make their $!!! Check the BBB on these guys...and whatever you do, do not give them your credit card number. It's a bait and switch scam and you WILL lose money...another reviewer says these websites are owned by the same guy:

Do not do business with this company. You will endure one headache after another. These people are scam artists and will only harass you if you have a problem-which is likely.

I ordered a pair of Fuente Antix overnight shipping. I neither heard nor recieved anything. I called to check on my order and was told there was a mix up and the glasses would be out shortly. Not too long after I recieved an email from managment asking to buy back my Fuente Antix which correctly stated that I had in fact ordered the Fuente Antix. I then receieved a cheaper brown pair of Antix. I called about recieving the wrong glasses and was told that I got what I ordered. When I asked why did I overpay $75 for plain Antix and why did I recieve an email from there company stating that I had ordered the Fuente's, they responded quickly and said they would send me a replacement pair or my money back. I sent the wrong glasses back and chose to order another pair of Oakley's. I was told I would have to pay an exchange fee. I threw a big fit and got that waived. I paid again for overnight shipping. Well needless to say its been a week since I paid for overnight shipping and suprise suprise the glasses are not hear. I have to call constantly and email constantly. The customer service reps are rude and clueless. This is the worst consumer site I have ever used on the internet please beware of the empty promises, bad customer service, and tardy shipping.

AWFUL!! Ordered Ed Hardy frames for prescription glasses and received Cavelli sunglasses. Not even close. Contacted them and they were clueless. Promsed to get me the eyeglass frames in time for my eye doctor appointment but never received them and no email explaining why. They even expected me to ship their sunglasses to the person who bought them!! I was willing to do it just to get my frames, but at this point I will only ship them out when I get my refund. Can't trust them at all. The customer service rep herself used these words when I asked her if I would get my frames in time for my appointment, "don't count on it" Just to let everyone know, I scheduled the appointment based on their email telling me when to expect the frames. I was supposed to receive them on Tuesday so I scheduled for Friday. Don't order from them, not worth the trouble. Pay the extra 20-30 dollars.

This place sucks big time.
They dont have a record of what items are on stocks and which ones dont.
I paid for a frame and got an email some days later that they were not in stock. The sent me an option replacement that i didnt like. Then they give me more options to choose. I picked one and days later they told me that those frames were also out of stock. When i cancelled the order i got charge for $40 as a restocking fee. Why? The item i ordered in the first place was out of stock. Why do i have to pay for a restocking fee of something that was out of stock. Please stay away for this company, it was a painful experience and definitely a big no no in online shopping.

I bought two pairs of sunglasses from DecorMyEyes. all was ok until i needed to get a pair fixed. awful customer service. stay away!! I am a mother of two and if i find time to write this (which i never write reviews but i do read them) trust me. this is what he wrote to me last: "In 2007 I cared I had 2 orders a week
Now I have 2000 a day we don’t care truylly" this was a guy name stanley... stay away...and just now i got another one from him...wow! "No more emails please

I ordered a pair of Dior frames from Decormyeyes on the 22nd January 2009. I have received absolutely disgusting customer service from this company and would like to warn potential customers away from making any purchases via this site. The site specifically promises that there will be no additional custom fees, duties or taxes to pay on items, and I requested and received further assurance of this via email. However I have had to pay an extra £30 over and above the cost of my order on...custom fees, duties and taxes. I immediately took this up in a polite manner with the Customer Services team and have been utterly amazed at the general rudeness of these people. In fact, I don’t think I would be overstating the situation if I said that I have been outright lied to in order to make a sale. Despite assurances that they would refund the additional cost if I were to accept delivery of the frames and make the customs payment, I have since been told by the Manager of the company himself, who seems to handle all complaints, that it is not their problem after all and that "sitting in his New York office, he really doesn't care"! I was subjected to verbal abuse over the phone, told that I did not deserve the frames, not allowed to finish one sentence and eventually forced to put the phone down to stop him shouting abuse at me! I have since discovered one shocking review after another on the internet, some so ridiculously appalling I have laughed out loud, and wish I had come across these before. I have not bothered to keep fighting to resolve this as £30 is not worth the insanity of dealing with the Manager of this company.

I searched a lot of online sites for frames. I was dubious about not being able to try on frames first, but their return policy was enough to reassure my initial hesitation. I first had an issue with an item that was discontinued, and they went the extra mile by searching their sources to find, and even alert me to other frames in the style that I might like as an alternate.
Frames arrived very quickly, were better than I expected, and their price and service couldn't have been better.
In a world of anonymous and "virtually" non existent customer service, particularly when shopping online, EyeWearUs/Decormyeyes went above and beyond. Will be back and telling friends.
I just reread a lot of reviews by others that have had problems with the CS there..and i have to say my experience dealing with Stanley the owner/manager? was never less than perfect, and even included an IMMEDIATE I mean minutes! ) partial refund to ny Card for a discontinued item. Who knows, maybe ya gotta be a New Yorker. they worked for ME! Capisce?

Ordered precription glasses from decormyeyes, got them a week later, but they included writing on the lens stock which I can't remove, and had paid for anti-glare coating which wasn't done...put in a complaint with paypal, but they won't protect since it's not an Ebay purchase and Stanley Bolds called and left a vulgar message on cell phone, as well as follow up emails calling me names and telling me to kill myself...DON'T do business with this guy !!!

All I can really say is avoid this site at all costs. I ordered 2 pairs of D&G 1130 eyeglasses off Mr. Bold's site. It took constant emailing and bickering back and forth with this guy to get them. Not to mention a telephone call at 5a.m. from him to explain that one pair had to be ordered from Italy. HAH! I paid for 2nd day air, and ended up receiving my glasses on the 1st of June. I guess 2nd day air turns into month air. I did receive my glasses in the end a month later, however on my 2nd pair it reads made in china, which basically says that it is a knock off. I wasn't even about to get into it with Stanley over this so I let it go. Well it turns out just a week ago I received an email from this guy asking me if I wanted to sell one of my pairs back to him and receive a discount on another pair of glasses. WHAT??!!! Why would I want to sell him back my glasses when I spent x amount of money getting them, and then paying to put lenses in them???? This guy is nuts, and all these other reviews that are positive must be fake or people who have no idea of customer service. This site is a fraud.

Stanley Bolds is a lowlife, scumsucking bastard!!!! He threatend to send my info to collections on an order that was not even placed in order to secure the 20% restocking fee. Then he proceded to send me harassing e-mails. Buyer beware!!!!!

This was the most disgusting experience I have had Internet shopping. I bought frames and they told me they had 1 in stock but it was damaged, then they found out it was a discontinued model. Okay, that's fine. I spoke with a woman on the phone who was unprofessional and not at all friendly. So I looked at other sites and found a couple more for sale. I bought the same frames and got a confirmation email, then got an email from decormyeyes saying "I see your order on my other website. I will have to refund you on that one as well." I told them to give me a list of all their websites because I didn't want to do business with them. They said "And you will do it 10 more times. I own all sunglasses websites on the east coast. On the 2nd one I will not refund you . Sorry I already warned you the 1st time stop shopping for this frame its not available. And you went and under minded me and did that. Sorry the money is confiscated." That email was almost laughable. I have never done business with someone this ridiculous. Anyway, we notified our credit card company and so far so good.
