"My power supply that came with a case I had bought from Dealsonic died. I emailed them requesting an RMA since the PSU has a 1 year warranty. They gave me an RMA number, without a hassle. The PSU that was the same type that was in my case was out of stock, so they politley offered me a better one at no extra charge. These guys are extremely nice. Great Customer Support. "Super fast service and great prices! I ordered an Argosy external hard drive enclosure on Feb 10th at 4pm and received it Feb 12th at noon! Their selection and pricing is excellent. Shipping was very reasonable as well--$4.95 for FedEx ground. The package was shipped with plenty of crumpled paper for padding and had a fragile sticker on it. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future."

"Dealsonic gives you great selection and prices, easy ordering, safely packed shipping and ample communication. But where Dealsonic really shines in comparison to the competition is how they respond when things go wrong.
First, I placed my order using an American Express gift card. I didn't realize that because of this the shipping and billing addresses didn't match. But Dealsonic quickly notified me of the problem with an email. I called the number they gave me, reached a customer service representative on the first ring, and had the problem resolved in minutes.
Second, one of the products I ordered did not work as it should have. This was a problem with the manufacturer, not with Dealsonic. I couldn't get any help from the manufacturer, but Dealsonic allowed me to exchange the defective product for a cheaper and better alternative plus a couple of firewire and usb cables that I wanted (and that also made up for the difference in price). They even allowed me to keep the free gift that came with the original defective item despite the fact that I returned that item.
Finally, in all the confusion, someone forgot to put the firewire cable in the return box. One email later and Dealsonic politely apologized for the omission and had the missing item on its way to me.
Yes, I had some bad luck. But Dealsonic was with me all the way, quickly and pleasantly resolving all the problems. Well done! I will definitely order from Dealsonic again."
