Company appears to be out of Business!  
See link above. Ordered a harddrive on 8/7. Never shipped. No response to emails. Our Accounting Department will be seeing if the CC was ever charged.

Ok, so nine days ago on July 21 I ordered a power supply from Dealsonic.com. It is now July 30 and I have yet to receive an email for confirmation of shipping. I ordered FedEx ground shipping and they said it should be here in up to five days. Well it has been 9 days and 7 business days. I have emailed them 3 times with no response at all. This is not the way you do business. I found their number on their AboutUS Wiki page and I called it only to find out that it is no longer in service. You have no idea how angry I am. This is the ***WORST*** company I have ***EVER** done business with. Don't buy from these people!!!!! I'll wait two more days and then update this to let you know what happened.

I ordered on 7/16/08 a Koutech PEU520 3-port USB 2.0 PCI Express card. After 2 e-mail and no contacts from them, I am still awaiting conformation of shipping. It seems these people have little regard for there customers, I advise avoid these people like the Plague.  
 
It is now 7/26/08 I made a stop payment with my Bank and sent Dealsonic a cancellation notice.  
If you attempt to buy anything from these assholes you have to have your head in the Dutch Bomb Shelter.

these guys suck for an online vendor. I places an "in-stock" order for a laptop harddrive and had radiosilence for 6 days before they emailed me to say the item's inventory was "depleted faster than expected". Please don't waste my time!!! If you don't have an item in stock then DON'T advertize that you do and don't take 6 days to notify me. Would not use these guys again.

I was wary about ordering from a company that didn't list anything other than email addresses for contact information, but I went ahead anyway. I ordered an enclosure, paid for the "Same day rush order option" and paid for 3 day air on the shipping. 8 days later, the USPS tracking information is still not updated and despite 2 emails to dealsonic I have not heard anything.  
 
So far a bad experience, but we'll see if they finally get back in touch. If I do not hear back within a week I'm thinking I will need to file a complaint with the BBB and dispute the charges on my account with the bank to get a refund. I'll try to remember to update this review if anything changes.

I placed an order with DealSonic three weeks ago. On the same day that they sent me a shipping notice my order status was changed to canceled even though I did not cancel the order. I still have not received it. They have not replied to my inquiries. Do not buy from these schisters.

Bought a UPS on 1 April 2008 with 2-day delivery. Got an immediate email reply with a tracking link. Checked the next day and found the order was cancelled. My credit card company said the purchased was authorized. No contact from DealSonic. Went to the website to find a phone number, found Customer Service only available via email. Emailed twice that day. Again no response. Not a good way to do business. I will not be shopping with DealSonic again.

Company lists items for sale that they do not have in stock. They wait till late the next day to inform you of this and cancel the order. Then when you go back to the web site they still list the products for sale. Very poor way to do business.

These guys are a bunch of losers. I order some stuff and now today I get an email that it's not available and they're only gonna ship a portion of my order and not my whole order. Yet, w/ their s/h prices the only way to save money w/ them to order multiple items and now they are cancelling some items from my order. Yet, a look at their website at this very moment still shows the items in stock. Bunch of scammers and losers. Don't buy from these idiots.

First time purchaser and wow! I went with one of their staple products in an external hard drive enclosure, and am satisfied enough that I'll look to them a lot more for future purchases. Product was packed well, shipped fast, and matched everything I would expect from a top notch online retailer.

Ordered a Plumax external drive enclosure. Process was smooth. After ordering, I emailed about shipping method to Alaska. Got reply within minutes that order would ship priority mail same day. Ordered Friday, received Monday. Couldn't have gone better.

Needed an enclosure for work saw they had the best price. The enclosure was delivered within 2 days and works perfectly with WD3200JB and Sony DVD burner. It even burns at 16X, I'm very satisfied

The product was lousy but the service from Dealsonic was fantastic.  
 
I ordered a Neo brand external USB disk drive enclosure and received it in 3 business days (was sent by air, even though ground shipping was specified). Unfortunately the product wasn't very well made (not UL approved for electrical/fire safety) and not of the material mentioned at Dealsonic.com (acrylic rather than Lexan). Dealsonic not only waived their restocking fee but also refunded the shipping charge and paid for return shipping.  
 
I definitely recommend Dealsonic highly to everybody.

Ordered 2 enclosures on Feb 24 - On Mar 1 received email that the were only shipping one of them because they ran out of item. So it took them 5 days to know this - If you don't have item just say so and I will go elsewhere. Now I have to wait another 5 day to receieve the one they shipped. Will NOT deal with them again - too many other places that are more up front.

This was my 3rd purchase from DealSonic, and they came through 100% just like the 1st two orders. I ordered a Koutech PEU520 5-port USB 2.0 PCI Express card for my new Dual Core G5, and they had it in stock, shipped the same day of the order, and I received it the next day. I live in SoCalifornia, where they are, so it's nice to get things the next day with Ground shipping.  
 
The price I paid was the lowest on the 'Net for the USB 2.0 card also, so even with tax and shipping it worked out well. I previously purchased a FireWire external HD enclosure, and got a great deal on it too. Also shipped on the same day of the order, and I received it next day.  
 
I give DealSonic 5-Stars for being one of the best merchants on the Internet. Their web site it easy to navigate and find items on, the ordering process is smooth, they furnish tracking data when the product's shipped, in short, they're a class act.  
 
I recommend DealSonic highly to everyone reading this review, just as I do in my MUG and chat groups. Can't go wrong ordering there.
