"I had a fantastic experience with dealer cost car audio. At first after I ordered I went online and read some reviews which weren't good. I then started to get concerned and sent an email to dealer cost car audio on a Saturday and got a response back from them within 30min of sending. Their responsiveness and professionalism was outstanding my credit card didn't get charged until the product shipped and I got email confirmation on the exact day dcca said it would ship and I received the exact day they said I would. Not sure if the people who wrote bad reviews had a grudge against company or what but I would recommend this company to anyone. And I plan on using them again for any of my audio needs. "
