"I ordered my item on 03/27/07 and received it within 14 business days as promised.

Dealextreme is NOT fast; as stated previously they ship from Hong Kong and don't seem to have much inventory on hand. But that's pretty well documented when you place your order.

My item arrived as promised, decently-packaged, and undamaged (despite the international shipping).

If you want to get a great deal from a reputable site with great customer service (I had two replies to my e-mail to Customer Service within hours), and are willing to wait AT LEAST 14 days for your order, Dealextreme is the way to go!

If you want to spend an extra 25% to have your item within 4 days, this is not the site for you.

"They have best customer service and cool staffs. The delivery time may be a little longer and I received my item after 2 weeks. Considering the top match service, I will definitely shop from them again."

"Compared to the most on line shops, i still want to say DX is not a bad one actually, the products uploading in daily basis, you can find many good products, and also the customer service is somewhat not bad. Depends on which C/S you are dealing, there are still good c/s representative.

Also the price is absolutely low. Right?

I appreciate dx effort to satisfy the customers, the forums everything, somewhat due to the culture difference between east and west, still got a way for dx to go. This can be solved.

so i will really come back for my next order."

"Reading the bad ratings about the shipping, I expected my item to arrive in 2-3 weeks, but I was so surprised when I received it yesterday. I ordered it on Thursday and received it next Saturday, which was approximately 8 days / a week. The item arrived a bit bent in some places, but the items inside the package was fine. It was a cheap price and I'm quite pleased with the purchase."

"A friend recommended a pair of flashlights from this store, it's the 9 LED 2000mcd 2-pack. He said they were bright but the build quality was cheap. At a little over $5 shipped for the pair, I thought I'd give them a try. The lights are indeed very bright. One of the lights was in perfect working order. The other one usually requires me to hit it before it starts to work.. but when it does, it's really bright.
I emailed them before making the purchase to make sure it was in stock and they were very quick to respond. After reading that it would take forever to get here, I was really surprised that it took about 2 weeks to get to me from the time I placed my order.
Overall I'm really pleased with my purchase from this store and will probably buy more cheap flashlights and other gadgets from them in the future.

UPDATE- I emailed DX about the finicky flashlight and they have arranged to send me another.. no questions asked. Pretty good service, in my opinion."
