After checking your order information, we noticed that the replacement was shipped on May 15 2013 without tracking number. As the package doesn't have a tracking number, it takes a little longer to arrive. What's more, the package information can't be tracked online without tracking number.

"I ordered a digital pocket scale April 19, got my order two weeks later. Unfortunately, it was defective. I contacted DX and they were very nice about it, said they would get another one shipped to me and I could keep the defective unit as a gift (anybody want a defective pocket scale?). Two weeks, then three weeks later and no package, finally contacted them and were told to be patient, it could take Nine weeks! I had paid by PayPal and now was worried because it was beyond 45 days from the original order and I had no recourse with them. Today I got my new scale, and it seems to work properly. All told, I waited nearly Eight weeks to get a functioning scale, plus the aggravation of the process. DX held up their side of the bargain, but I'm not sure it was worth the trouble to save- actually I could have gotten one from Amazon for a little Less! Free shipping if I could make up a $25 order. I think my DX shopping days are over. "
