It is not my only time dealing with this company, and as usual I had great customer service experience and very low prices. In some cases, the quality of a product can be a little low, but it is all in relation to the price that you pay... Considering I usually pay a third or a fourth of the price I would by buying from my local retailers, it is a terrific website!  
 
Also, everytime I have to deal with problems in orders (which is not uncommon) they usually treat it very seriously, and they always let the client have the advantage in the compensation process for a defective/out of stock product.  
 
Finally, the company usually takes a bit of time to deliver products (2-3 weeks) but they offer site-wide free shipping, which is particularly astonishing, given the low price of some of their products.  
 
All in all, I give it a serious recommendation for anyone looking for cheap gadgets, memory cards, leds, replacement parts... the list could go on and on....

DX is my products resource. They have an amazing variety of products at great prices. The most important thing is that they have a social network via their forum, which is essential because members can write product requests, which the DX staff take into account seriously (they really takae care of their customers).  
If there's any problem with any product then you can contact them via "tickets" and they answer accordingly to any problem, I've had them send me replacement products for free so I wouldn't have to pay for the shipping for an RMA.  
All in all, they're great, I recommend it and I hope it lives forever as a website.

I made my first foreign shopping from DealExtreme. Before making purchase from DX i was afraid that if they will not send my order. I was afraid, because i could not believe prices. Everything is very cheap, but also a free shipping.  
The only thing that upset me, I take orders very long time; sometimes 1,5 month later. But it is OK because, i think DX is receiving lots and lots of orders.  
Now, I'm afraid of something else: to escalation of prices or DX closed.  
DealExtreme! plz continue selling things like that very cheap, more and more stuff. This world needs you!

I have bought from DealExtreme in the last 12 months. One time the product don't arrive. After the contact with DealExtreme they send to me the product again. There are very honest and I will buy again from this site.

I live in Brazil and Dealexetreme usualy takes 20 to 30 days mainly because Custons (receita Federal - portuguese),  
 
Beyond that problem DX ways worked fine and fast even on china lunar holidays  
 
Today i prefer to by on DX than go to shopping where i Live (Brasília) Because the price including taxes still much lower than the store  
 
the only thing i wonder is DX should sell computer parts like motherboards, video cards, harddrives,memorys DVD...

There was a technological mistake with my last order (wrong content of the package). I sent a complaint to DealExtreme. After a check-up they decided to grant to me the wrong order as a gift end they sent me the right items. Even I had to wait again for the delivery, I’m satisfied with the way the staff of DealExtreme operates. I will take advantage of their services again for sure!

DealExtreme is the best store to buy everything you need in eletronics and other gadgets, and everything is shipping free and really fast! My package came in one week from Hong Kong, I'm so satisfied. I have another product to be shipped and a little mistake in my order ( a batery came instead of a earphone ), but they're doing their best to help me and the staff are so fast in the replies and they really solve your problems! A+ STORE!

I have ordered twice in dealextreme, the big ammounts of low-priced electronics was a big temptation. The first shipment arrived just fine but an item that was shipped separately did not, I contacted customer support and they determined the package was lost and offered a replacement or a refund. The second shipment also arrived with no problems.  
Customer support is very kind and polite, got no problems there.  
This is a recommended option for anyone having trouble finding these items in the local stores, or like in my case, finding some of them A LOT more expensive than in DX.

Dealextreme is my favorite place to shop. When I need something, I check there first because the prices are so low.  
 
Shipping is slow, but it's free from Hong Kong, so no complaints.  
 
Customer service is via email, but they have a well-organized and prompt staff.
