"I ordered a digital pocket scale April 19, got my order two weeks later. Unfortunately, it was defective. I contacted DX and they were very nice about it, said they would get another one shipped to me and I could keep the defective unit as a gift (anybody want a defective pocket scale?). Two weeks, then three weeks later and no package, finally contacted them and were told to be patient, it could take Nine weeks! I had paid by PayPal and now was worried because it was beyond 45 days from the original order and I had no recourse with them. Today I got my new scale, and it seems to work properly. All told, I waited nearly Eight weeks to get a functioning scale, plus the aggravation of the process. DX held up their side of the bargain, but I'm not sure it was worth the trouble to save- actually I could have gotten one from Amazon for a little Less! Free shipping if I could make up a $25 order. I think my DX shopping days are over. "

"Hola, soy de México y he realizado compras un par de veces en DealExtreme, y lo único que puedo decir sobre el sitio son opiniones positivas.
Puedes hallar gran variedad de productos, artículos y gadgets; los precios son mucho más bajos que ir a cualquier tienda física en México; y tal vez, el único inconveniente es que no se pueden disponer de las cosas inmediatamente ya que llegan a tardar entre 2 y 6 semanas; pero es seguro que los productos llegan y si hay algún inconveniente cuenta con un genial sistema de atención al cliente.
En verdad fue muy agradable realizar compras en DealExtreme."

"I have bought Dual USB Car Cigarette Lighter Plug Power Adapter Charger for iPhone / iPod / iPad - White (sku:192332). but the product was dead on arrival. DX customer support was excellent and has refunded me the purchase amount. I would purchase from DX without any hesitation since their prices are very low and the customer support is very good in resolving issues or concerns."

"Hi, this is not my first order with DealExtreme. I ordered many products before such as car bulbs, mac hdmi adaptors, etc. I never got any problem. Products work as advertised. I only got one problem with a product, an iPad screen protector that was advertised as "Antiglare" but was not. I was refunded by DX. Great customer service !"

"I have bought in DX already ~30 of the things! Has Spent ~ $100. Price one thing was got ~ $3!!! This is: cordless earphones with mp3 & FM, foto optic, flash-lights 200Lm... Very complacent buying. Many thanks! Without fall continue book the miscellaneous a belongings in DX. Bad only - mail of the Russia. Parcel on Russia goes more two months!.."

"Perfect Replacement!! Helped a friend who broke down the part of his PSP. He went to a few shops and they told him the reparation could not be done and he have to buy a new psp. Very lucky you sell this parts for this price - and it was very easy to replace. It works very good and my friend is very happy. "

"The PSP battery is a must have for anyone that owns a psp, for starters, it is very cheap in price, you cant beat this price anywhere, the original orange ones go for from around $40 to $65 bucks online so I had to order a couple of them, the build of the unit feels solid, and best of all, it does what its supposed to do."

"my order was placed on march 16 and to this date i havent received my order i did chat with dx and they told me they sent a replacement but that as well sill havent showed up, dont know if will buy with them again"

"I have dealt with DX for many years, I have not received my order placed on 4 April, I placed an order with them on the 23 April, which I received. So logic dictates that my order placed on the 4April has been lost. I have asked for a refund only to be told wait 2 more weeks, I wait and told again to wait longer. The last response was for me to contact the live chat, I contacted them and they said raise a ticket. Not impressed at all and still no refund. It's too late now to raise a claim with Paypal as it!s out of their time limit.

I have now received another request for me to wait 2 - 3 days and then they will refund my money. Date 07 June. I will update this review.

I have still not received this order and have yet again asked them to refund my money, date 11/06/13. Watch this space.
