DealExtreme has a professional service. One of the items was defective, the support was good and provide answers in a timely way. Although I'm waiting the replacement of the defective item, my experience with DealExtreme is positive, for sure that I will continue shopping with.

I have several orders with DX and I have never had any problem with them. One time the shipment never arrived and they sent it again and it arrived perfectly. All products are great and they have very good prices! I will continue to shop from DX as they are very trustable.

I have made my first purchase with the online store DealExtreme at November 2009. Now I have already three executed orders.  
Good prices and quality, wide range of products, . Support staff responds to questions promptly (Ivy, many thanks!).  
Unfortunately, the unregistred mail may take a long time (up to 2 months) to Russia, but I think this is a problem with the Russian Post. Shipment with ordinary registered mail (not EMS) take no more than 3-4 weeks.  
I very happy to learn about DX and I would recommend buying with DX store!

I have been ordering cool gadgets and nice gifts from dealextreme, i am extremely satisfied with the low prices and no shipping fee. Some products take a long time to arrive but it's worth the wait. Recently I had a problem with one of the shipments, It took about 2 months but dealextreme is going to send me the missing item in couple of days. So besides the delay I really like this company and I will continue to order more.

Till date I have 15 orders from dealextreme.com. No complaints and no wrong orders (except 1 but they replace the order) They have the widest collection of items as compared to the other competitors and best of all free world wide shipping.

Ordered an Eotech clone, sku# 32460. What a disappointment. How can anyone peddle such garbage and sleep at night?  
 
This thing is a piece of crap even for a clone. Mine came looking used and scratched. The elevation adjustment was broken, the mount vise was frozen, and the battery latch did not work. Th best thing about this item was the packaging was nice and neat for DX standards. No matter how nice of a clone this appears to be in the pic, do not buy it unless you want a big headache.

I ordered a cassette adapter from DealExtreme. It was non-working when I received it. Their customer service told me how to return it. I sent it back with all of the required paperwork, but did not get any response for over a month. Now they require a copy of a shipping invoice for them to do anything about it. I sent it by first class postage as they suggested. Their excuse is they have so many returns that the wouldn't be able to find it. Apparently, they have a very bad system for handling returns.
