“I apologize for your inconvenience, however your order was placed on 5/3/12 at 8:15PM (a Thursday) and shipped out on 5/7/12 (a Monday). Given the time the order was placed, your item shipped out in under two business days (well within our normal processing time frame).
I'm sorry UPS Ground took six days to reach you, however I have no control over the courier's delivery times once a package has left my hands. Faster shipping options were available.
As far as our prices, we advertise and regularly price match competitors. If you found the part for cheaper else where we would have been happy to match that price.”
