This being my first experience with them, I made an order for a complete water cooling kit which included their new RBX P4 waterblock as well as the Z-Chipset waterblock for the Northbridge chip. Instead of placing my order online I called their phone order line and spoke with a very knowledgeable sales woman who answered all my questions and steered me in the right direction as to what exactly I needed to make my kit complete. I placed my order on Tuesday November 18th around 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time and it was put together and shipped that very day. That evening I received a tracking number via email and 3 days later on Friday the 21st it arrived at my doorstep. I leak tested the kit and it all ran as it should. Perfect working order. The kit was missing one small part that wasn\u0027t needed for it to run properly and when I emailed them to let them know the part was missing from my order, they responded on a Sunday to address my concern. Talk about customer service! <br><br>This is a small company that takes what they do very seriously and that is evident in all my contacts with them. In the future I will buy all my water cooling needs from Danger Den. They get a A+ in my book for both products and service! "I just got my second order from Danger Den in the last two months, and I can't say enough good things about them. I know part of the reason I recieve orders so quixkly is the fact that I am only less than a day away, but the speed at which they fill the orders is astounding. The parts are top notch, and the customer service is excellent. When I realized I made a mistake on my last order, I contacted them through their website and they contacted me the next morning with a suggestion to correct my order. I could not be happier. "
