The customer service is exceptional, a very polite woman was more than happy to ship via UPS as it was my preference, even though it isn\u0027t a standard shipping option. The prices are extremely fair considering the quality of the products that you will receive. The cooling loop I initially purchased performed so well I couldn\u0027t help but indulge myself and order an additional peltier setup to drop temps even lower. All of the components are exceptionally manufactured and the quality and service of this company makes me ever more adventurous in my PC builds. There is one topic that I would say detracted from my experience. First was that my first order was placed without setting up an account, so I lost my reward points, and second, after my browser crashed during the placement of my 3rd order I again lost my reward points. Reward points in and of themselves are a wonderful thing offered by Danger Den, however, losing every single one you\u0027ve earned without spending them is somewhat annoying. I threw them into my loop, and the idle temps are at 27C, with load in the mid 50s while overclocked. I ordered Overnight shipping, but since I\u0027m so close to them, the lady in shipping pointed out that I would receive it next day no matter which method I chose. I asked her to downgrade to ground, which she did. I promptly received a refund for the overnight, and of course received my items the next day. I highly recommend Danger Den for everything computer cooling related. "My first purchase with Danger Den was the Double Wide Tower 21 Black Series case. It took ten business days to ship, was extremely well packed when it arrived. Case was very easy to construct using the included manual. PLENTY of nuts and screws, which is great for those like me who lose them all the time. I'm a happy customer of Danger Den and look forward to my next purchase!"
