- I ordered from Danger Den and was planning to install this into a new case I purchased about two weeks later from Danger Den, which had issues of its own. I was quite annoyed to find that the pump was defective. I contacted Danger Den therefore, and I still have been waiting for the pump replacement for nearly two weeks now. Even though it is now in stock again, I have had no communication from the company that has confirmed that it has sent me the defective product.  
 
- I can forgive Danger Den for one screw up, but it has messed up my orders at least twice and has taken a ridiculous amount of time to rectify its mistakes. For instance, the DD-26 case that I had ordered came with a motherboard panel that lacked drilled holes, so that I was not able to mount it to the rest of the case. Furthermore, I had opted for the 2 5.25" Bay and expected to receive eight screws to mount my DVD Drives. I instead received four screws and had to ask Danger Den to send the screws, so that my order could be complete.  
 
- I wish Danger Den would understand that it is a business and as such should professionally handle all orders and ensure that everything is in working order before it leaves the warehouse. Although DD Parts are pure quality, DD's service is quite flawed.  
 
Update:  
 
I received the new pump and Debbi, from Danger Den has told me that the screws will arrive separately in the mail.

Fast great service! Large selection of water cooling products, at reasonable prices. Would definately recommend DangerDen.

This is the second time I have ordered from Danger Den. The last time was about 2 years ago and 2 different orders in the past week. All my dealings with DD have been great. Fast response on Email and real response from a person who actually will ask you questions about your order to make sure they do everything they can to satisfy you. They are without a doubt the very best in water cooling products on the market. They seem to ship the very same day you order. Very fast delivery!

First of all this was my third order from Danger Den and my previous two orders were perfect! Although I do a majority of my computer hardware shopping at another online retailer (for regular computer components like processors and motherboards) I shop at Danger Den when I want/need specialized watercooling products.  
 
I have been watercooling computer hardware for many years now and I've come to find that Danger Den consistently makes the highest quality waterblocks available! Not only do they use the highest quality materials but they also do some of the best machining I've ever seen on a waterblock (I'm a graduate student in Mechanical Engineering and I've got considerable experience in machining processes). I also want to add that Danger Den is almost always the first to release waterblocks for new products. Most importantly (especially in today's economy) Danger Dens pricing is almost always lower than the other online retailers who sell similar products.  
 
In regards to their customer service, I've never had any problems with any of the orders I've placed. The correct items were always delivered and they were always delivered on time and packaged safely. I have called Danger Den before to confirm product availability and to ask questions about certain products, well to my surprise I've always been able to speak with a human being which was a nice change from what I'm used to when calling any companies customer service. All of these things together make for a great shopping experience and will keep me coming back for many years to come. Thanks Danger Den and please keep up the great work and innovation!

Received order very fast! Paid via giftcard and visa, had no problems with checkout. Every fitting was the correct size, and my order of 6 feet of tubing was actually 6ft 3 inches! Guess I got a little bonus =).

I just placed an order with DangerDen today, and it reminded me I needed to leave a review here. I've been a DangerDen customer for years. My first order with them was in July, 2005, and I've ordered many times since then. They've been nothing but absolutely great, their customer service is top notch, and you can always call with questions. I've always received very fast shipping, as I only live 1 state away, but they have shipped all my orders within 1 business day. They made one minor mistake on an order once (sent an incorrect size fitting), but they shipped a replacement THAT DAY, and didn't even ask for the incorrect part back, so it saved on shipping for me. Great place to buy from, and the DangerDen name is a leader in PC water cooling.

Danger Den has the best customer service I have ever encountered from an internet based company. I have dealt with several PC related companies online, and most do ok until it comes to RMA. Most companies these days make it seem as though returning or exchanging an item is the biggest chore. They also often assume a defective item is actually broken by the purchaser. These assumptions, and bad attitudes toward returns have turned me away from many companies. I recently purchased a Waterbox Plus case from Danger Den, and although it clearly stated up to 10 business days for delivery, it took only two. I received the case to find out that one of the holes in the acrylic had a crack branching from it. I contacted Danger Den by phone and talked to Debbie. She was the most polite person I have ever dealt with over the phone. With no questions asked she cut out a replacement piece, and had it shipped to me the same day. A+++++ CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ever since my order with DD, I've been hooked. Companies with a personal touch, feel and communication are extremely rare these days. DD always keeps their customers fully informed of future products, and adapt quickly to create water cooling products to meet quick production timelines. My latest purchase is the HD 4870 X2 waterblock, and I have been using a DD 7950 GX2 block for over two years now. Shipping and packaging has always been top notch. Customer for life!

I got just what I ordered, paid a great price and I received it in record time, normally that would be enough to put them right up there at the top of my list, but the great service did not stop there! I deal with a lot of online suppliers but because of one helpful and dedicated employee Danger Den has eclipsed them all! Long story short, I had one simple question (not even related to my order)that I included with my first buy and I was expecting the usual computer generated FAQ list to be sent back if anything at all. Over the last 12 months I have placed 4 or more orders. All have been the highest quality products, great packaging, fast delivery, and fast response when I sent an email question.

I was very surprised and impressed with the quality and craftmanship of their products. The online photos do no justice. I orded a complete kit with cpu and video (9800GX2) water blocks, coolent, Tygon tubing, resevoir, all very high quality. I had some questions about the setup and parts and submited email through their website which many companies take forever to get a response, but I received a very nice personal response the next day! Order was filled and shipped right away. Very pleased and satisfied!
