"Well, I guess this is the first review... This is also the first time I've purchased from Dangeo and I am satisfied enough to purchase from them in the future.
They have a solid selection, and are the only Canadian online vendor that I could find that stocked SCSI DVD-ROM drives. Their prices are competitive and they will also do price matching. They are fairly responsive when it comes to answering questions in their online forum and they provide accurate responses. The site is also easy to use and organised well.
I purchased several parts from both ncix.com & dangeo.com on the same day (boxing day, 2002). While their shipping isn't as fast as ncix's, I received my order only two days later than ncix's order. (Note that this was during probably one of the busiest weeks for online vendors, with people like me spending their christmas dough and looking for good boxing-week deals.)
Overall, I am glad I have discovered this vendor since they offer competitive prices and have a good selection. I will be shopping here again."

The guys over at dangeo go out of their way to help out their customers. And if they don't have something you want, they try darn hard to get it for you. First order i ever put in was for a thermaltake case which was not being made anymore. Dangeo went out of there way and surprised me with a email that they searched and found one. They even gave me the chance to order it first, which i did :) "

Dangeo notified me of the strike and said that they had shipped the package CanadaPost Expidited. They shipped it Monday afternoon, I got it Wednesday morning.
Shipping was fine (despite what others say) and the customer service was very courteous to me and kept me well informed about my order.
I managed to successfully pricematch my product down an additional $10.
