"After noticing that almost literally none of the comments left were positive (after winning the eBay auction), I sent dakmart.com a polite email explaining my concerns. They responded within the hour, explaining that less than 3% of their transaction were me with negative criticism. Having the choice of either sending the payment or suffering my own negative feedback, I chose the former...and regretted nothing. Any email I sent was responded to incredibly quickly; tracking info was provided shortly after payment was marked received; and the item arrived on time and in perfect condition. I honestly recommend these people, and have no problem purchasing from them again."

"I ordered a rather expensive jewelery armoire. Initially the experience was pleasant. A day or two after the order I received a phone call stating that it would be available and ready for shipment the next day. I received an email as well stating the same. I received the product, and it was opened as a gift. Upon placing it in the room a handle fell off in my hand as I opened a drawer. Upon closer inspection, it had been sent from the factory in a defective state. The base was cracked and weakened. I contacted them via email (including pictures of the defect) to ask for a replacement handle since shipping a 42" box that weighed 50LBS is cost prohibitive. The response was immediate and then nothing. I waited nearly a week and still no response. I wrote again and received an emails stating that they had contacted their supplier and were waiting for a solution. I have waited now for over two months and have yet to receive any response. A rating of 3 stars is being kind at this point."

"quick and easy transaction, Description was accuarate...Great Ebay-er...only problem was that Item was refurbished and I was under the impression that for the price I was goin to get a new Item!....other than that I was rather pleased with how the transaction went!....definately would do business with them again"

"Dakmart was a great shopping experience. Their product description was accurate, and their shipping was fast! The prices on the products I purchased were fantastic! The only thing I would change would be the packaging for shipping. My products arrived in excellent condition, but I would have preferred a box over the bag that was used, just to insure safe arrival.
Overall, I give Dakmart high ratings, and will recommend to my friends!"

"i order some rs120 sennheiser wireless headphones from dakmart straight out the box the sounded like they were blown terrible bass very unsatisfied tried to contact these people by phone and email till this day i have not heard from them very unprofesional well anyways i ended selling a pair of brandnew headphones on craigslist for 25 dollars what a shame do not recomend this store sucks trust me read there return policy before buying anything from them you'll see what im talking about."

"I ordered a B Stock Denon Receiver from Dakmart. They are listed as one of two "authorized" B stock resellers on the Denon website. Despite the many warnings on resellerratings.com against Dakmart, I viewed them as my best possible chance at getting the B stock unit that I wanted. The service from Dakmart was flawless.

Given the reviews I had seen, I called after placing the order to confirm that the unit was in stock. I left a voice mail and typed an e-mail quickly. Within 5 minutes I had a call back saying that they did have units in stock, but that I had used an unverified address for my PayPal account and that they could not ship it. (I was shipping to my work address, which was indeed unverified.) I also got a reply to my e-mail from a different person saying that my order was received and the units were in stock.

While I was annoyed with this, I appreciated the attention to detail on the security side and viewed this as my problem not theirs.

It took some effort throughout the day through PayPal to get the address verified and confirmation sent to Dakmart. However, once it was done all was well. The unit shipped the following day and I received it in great shape and in working order 4 working days later via UPS Ground.

I spoke with the salesperson (Patrick Singer) 3 times while I worked out my address situation. He returned a call promptly once, answered the phone when I called another time, and called me the day it shipped to tell me that the address had been verified and that the unit was out the door.

As far as I was concerned the website clearly defined it as a B stock unit. This was not hidden at all. Of course I went there searching for a B stock unit, so got exactly what I expected.

No complaints."
