Love this site. Communication was excellent and product was shipped ASAP. They even called to make sure I wanted the item shipped where I did, which is rare and shows that they really care about their customers.  
 
I was amazed at how well my home theater system was packaged.  
 
I'll definitely be shopping here again in the future and plan to recommend them to my friends and family.

The Phone VTexh i5807 is a really conveient device to use. The service provided by DAKMART is fantastic. I received the device 3 days after ordering which is really quick and excellent service.

This invoice refers to an order for a Visioneer XP200 scanner. The ordering process and delivery went perfectly smooth. Unfortunately the scanner was defective (would not scan in color). Upon bringing this to DAKmart's attention, they promptly and cheerfully agreed to exchange for another unit. Again unfortunately, the replacement unit was also defective as confirmed by Visioneer. By this time, I was no longer willing to continue exchanging for what was obviously a troubled Visioneer product.  
 
Obviously DAKmart is not responsible for Visioneer's product quality. But their customer service in the face of these product problems was simply superlative. In every way they were helpful, cooperative and responsive. I will not only do business with them again, I will try to use them as often as possible. THEY ARE A KEEPER!

I was completely dissatisfied with this company. I ordered a phone for a special situation and had only one shipping option which made it very inconvenient. When the phone did arrive the handset was broken and a large hole in the base station. I called about the damaged item and the only option was to return, wait and they would send another. A minimum of 6 days. This was not an option. I requested if they sold a compatible phone for the base. Only one person could answer my question and he would be gone for a week. It is apparently a low budget operation which has no cross training and very poor customer relations. I will not do business with this company again. Far to many hoops to get anything done.

I did my research on AV receivers and decided on the AVR789. Shopped and found Dakmart. Placed order online and the unit came in before estimated arrival time. Factory sealed "B" stock (refurbished) box, all literature  
included. After 10 days I am very pleased, works like a charm.

Item shipped quickly and in prestine condition.

I find that DAKMART is a no-nonsense, down to earth and a hassle-free online store. Prior to my purchasing a DENON AVR-1909 Receiver with 7.1 surround sound, I had a number of questions, which were answered in detail, at length and to my absolute satisfaction. The receiver was shipped almost immediately and although I expected the package to arrive in about 5-7 business days, it arrived almost immediately (2 days)!!! I have been unable to try out the receiver (construction of our Home Theater has been delayed) I am aware that if I have problems with it, my beef will be with DENON, as the receiver was shipped from their warehouse. In view of the great service I received, I will in future give DAKMART priority over other online vendors!

Had a problem. They are working on it. Promised to fix. After more than 30 days and a third phone. Finally got one that worked. Said they would send me a check for 10 bucks. Nothing... Done with Dakmart!

The product was in excellent condition, you would never know that it was refurbished. Dakmart allows 30 day return on ant product less 20% restocking fee in the event that I was not satisfied with my purchase. Damart also enclosed a policy form with address and telephone numbers for customer service. Deliver time was resonably quick. Would recommend dealing with company in future.

I am very happy with the RS130 headphones and the very fast delivery time.

Love this Denon! Love losing all those extra connections! Great price through Dakmart for Refurb.
