posted May-20-2012 “We contacted this customer via email to resolve this matter. From our records both of the sunglasses we sent out to this customer was lost in transit by the carrier. Unfortunately we have no control over that as we do not personally deliver each order. On occasions things like this happens as no one is perfect. We have resolved this matter with the customer appropriately. We apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this has caused. We are here for our customers if needed.”
"I recently purchased an Emerson EVC1800 digital video camera I was very disappointed when it arrived to my home and it did not work. I tried plugging it into 2 different computers trying to charge it and I got the same thing both times absolutely nothing. The Emerson would not turn on at all. I also discovered the lock on the battery side doesn't work so this makes this camera useless since it is suppose to be waterproof. All I wanted was a digital camera I could use, but instead I have a broken camera and so far all my money out the window for nothing. I just want something done to correct this it seems like bad business to me to sale products that don't work."
