"I ordered an LED Headlight which came very quickly however it is broken. I am trying to get an exchange but have not heard back from them. Today I sent them a 2nd request. The warehouse is close to our home so my husband took the product over there and asked for an exchange which they said had to be done through email. This is very frustrating.

"I have had good results in the past but my last order I ordered two products and as usual they arrived fast but this time products were defective. I wrote to company about problem and received this email on 1/19/2015 "

"SPAM, SPAM, SPAM.
Product was fine, price was fine, shipping was fine - but they WILL NOT STOP spamming me. I didn't opt in to their twice-daily emails, and have unsubscribed twice, received assurances from Kaneka in customer service that I've been removed from the email system, and then had the spam start up again.

Definitely buy from them if you want to receive daily email from them for the rest of time, against your wishes, against their assurances.

"After a lot of frustration, I finally received my order. The customer service rep, Jay, explained what the problem was. It seems that what was listed as a tracking number was a shipping number from the company.

The order arrived perfectly and the customer service came through.

This company deserves all 5 stars

"I ordered a charger for my iPhone on a Tuesday and received it only two days later! The charger works perfectly, and it was substantially less expensive than the same charger on Amazon. Very pleased with this purchase, and I will buy from dailysale.com again."
