"It's the same story as most people. Ordered items July '09 for $21, charged credit card the next day, and never received a thing. If this guy is sick as someone else had stated, then how is he charging my card? "

"Ordered a Shimano Baitcasting reel for $101.00. Of course never shipped but credit card charged. Just filed a dispute. I called the number on their web page and a woman answered and stated it was not D&T's number. "
"I placed an order on 6/16/2009 for (2) Propane Hoses @ $12.49 each. Total order with shipping was $32.25.Credit card was charged the next day.Made several calls to check on order status and sent several e-mails. All efforts to contact merchant went unanswered.I have not received the items ordered or an explanation whether they are back ordered.I suspect I have been the latest victim of this fraudulent Internet merchant."
"I ordered from this guy on 6-2-2009. I checked the status daily and it has never been updated. I discovered that he had submitted the charge to my credit card the day after I submitted my order. I e-mailed him and called with no response to either. Today I will call the credit card company to dispute the charge."
"After ordering from this "store", my credit card was immediately charged. No item has ever been shipped, and emails and phone calls go unanswered. Unfortunately, this seems to be an ongoing trend for D&Ts Outdoor World."
"This guy is a loser do not buy from him he will just rip you off send complaint to internet crime complaint center (http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx)and let's hope he gets what comming to him"
"Dusty's ripping me off for $20 right now. I've done a little research. He's Dusty Felios (40yrs old) and owns Dusty's Bar & Grill in Pacific Junction, Ia. The # is (712) 527-2061. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. I'm trying to get yahoo to delete him as a business, but I'm having a hard time getting thru to somebody who knows what they are doing. anybody else got info we can use against dtsoutdoorworld.com please post."
"Ordered product - was immediately charged to card. Never received anything. Made calls and e-mails. Never a response. Now in the middle of disputing the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!"
"I placed my order via their web site on 5/7/09. Their online ordering system duplicated my order, sending me two different order numbers as indicated in 'Invoice Number' above (note that after completing the online ordering process I was presented with a 'receipt' showing only one order number). On 5/8 I found that my cc had been charged for both orders. I contacted the vendor via phone and got an answering machine; left my message indicating what the problem is and received NO callback. I replied to the duplicate order confirmation e-mail explaining that it was a duplicate and that I wished to cancel the duplicate. Received NO response to the e-mail. Called again on 5/12 and once again got the answering machine; left my message again, but I'm not hoping for any kind of response considering the history here. My next call will be to the bank to have both charges reversed.
First and foremost, no reputable online vendor will charge for an order before it has been shipped. Any vendor who does so is an immediate indication of shady dealings.
Second, when I order merchandise from an online vendor, I expect them to be prompt and professional. I do NOT expect them to be running some part time one hour per month 'business' out of their spare closet. The bottom line is, if you don't intend to treat your online 'business' as such, take it off the web!"

"I placed an order on 4/2/2009. To date I have not recieved anything. They have not returned any phone calls or emails. I have contacted my credit card company, the BBB, and the state Attorney General's Office to begin an investigation. "
"I agree with the person above. I ordered product in September of last year, and received an e-mail confirming my order. Keep in mind that Yahoo! generated an e-mail because I went through Yahoo! checkout. However, I never received product, nor did the company respond. After 4 months of waiting for the company to respond to the BBB, they finally accused me of having an invalid shipping address, even though I repeatedly sent them my shipping address via e-mail. Do not, I repeat, do not buy from them. I am sure that they do ship to some people, but do not take the risk of being one of the people this company attempts to rip off."
