I didnt realize this site existed till now..  
This was an old order placed 2 years ago..  
First off, DONT bother buying the warrenty from djdeals.com, they WONT honor it, and wont even send the info to the warrenty company.. 2nd, djdeals.com isnt the parent company, found this out from the BBB website.  
 
Orderd an amp from them which came defective, they refused to exchange it saying that "the warrenty would be handled by the manufacture" called berhinger and was told that "djdeals wasnt an authorized seller so they wouldnt honor the warrenty".  
 
Contact paypal next, djdeals had the case closed saying that not only did we want to keep the amp, but we wanted our money back as well.  
 
Sent a few more emails to djdeals and was promptly BANNED from their site and from emailing them.  
 
Placed a few negative reviews on djdeals regarding my ordeal with them, it seems this is the only way to get a responce from them.. I was told that they would NOT help me unless I removed ALL negative replies.. they where promptly told to kiss my arse.  
 
Finally after a year later, Berhinger was kinda enough to do a 1 time warrenty job on the amp.  
 
BUYER BEWARE.

Placed my order on july 30th, 09. I have yet to recieve my item or any shipping detials. I've have emailed djdeals multiple times with no reponce, they took my $50 and im now out of my items that i needed for my dj gig. stay away from these guys

I ordered 2 Stanton st-150 turntables and a pair of Stanton Groovemaster needles from djdeals.com 11 days ago. I payed for rush order processing which should mean that anything not in stock get's shipped the same business day if the order was placed before noon on that day (I ordered around 1am). 2 days later I received the turntables in original, sealed stanton boxes. According to UPS there were only 2 packages in the shipment.  
 
I sent an email 6 days ago inquiring the status of the needles, and the same day someone cc'd me on an email to someone else in the company asking for the status. There was no response. The next day i sent another email asking what the status was. Again, the same person cc'd me on another email to the same third person (probably in the warehouse).  
 
I sent a strongly worded, but not (in my opinion) rude email which i have included below:  
 
"It has now the 4th day since I asked why I have not received the rest of my order, and I haven't even gotten an answer, let alone my purchase. Why have I not gotten an answer on this? I ordered these needles 8 days ago with rush order processing, and can't even find out if they've been shipped. I should not have to get back in touch with you every day to check on the status. Someone should be contacting me to tell me what's going on, and should have the FIRST day I inquired why I had not received them. I will probably never order with you again as it is, so how about at least TRYING to change that with some responsive customer service?  
 
I ordered and paid a pair of Stanton Groovemaster needles. I would like to be contacted by someone directly in a supervisory role, either by phone at ###-###-#### or by email from their own email address(not mailto:info@djdeals.com) to talk about what is going to be done to get these to me as quickly as possible.  
 
Thank you"  
 
That was 2 days ago. Now I get no response whatsoever. Yesterday I started sending them messages over the course of the day reading as follows:  
 
"It is now the 6th day since I inquired about my missing groovemaster needles and the 11th since I ordered them. Where are my needles? Have they been shipped? My order was google checkout order number ###############. I am going to email this info and question repeatedly until I get a real answer."  
 
I have sent this email 56 times and have received no response. Sure, sending it repeatedly is rude and bordering on spam, but not nearly as rude as stealing $130 from a possible repeat customer. Basically, I asked for a supervisor and they started 100% ignoring me.  
 
I have never had such a terrible experience with an online vendor and will never buy from them again.

I ordered the Echo Indigo IOX Express Card and received the Echo Indigo DJX Express Card. I have e-mailed them numerous times with no response. They have no way of contacting them, except through e-mail which they ignore. Their customer service is non existent, and the way they treat customers is appalling. They are crooks plain and simple. Stay away from DJDEALS.COM - If there is something wrong with your order YOUR SCREWED!!!

Your issue is with ECHO, not DJDeals.com. ECHO ships their products directly to you, and ECHO made the shipping error. DJDeals.com immediately asked ECHO to re-ship your order correctly, which they did.

I ended up buying from DJDeals because their price was the lowest advertised on the net, and in the end received the product I wanted.  
 
However, dealing with their "customer service" department was a fiasco in and of itself. I received no confirmation after placing my order, and so emailed the company. At first they told me that my item was out of stock and offered me some alternatives (three to be exact, two of which were more expensive). When I asked about the availability of one of the upgraded options, I was then told that my item was indeed in stock.  
 
I inquired on the shipping info, and was told that my paypal payment was sent in the form of an e-check, and that they'd ship once my check cleared. After the check cleared, I received no response, and so emailed the company to check on shipping info. After not receiving a timely response, I initiated a claim with Paypal, in hopes that that would get the company to ship the item.  
 
Immediately I received scathing (and seemingly surprised) responses from different people in the company informing me that I was now BANNED from ever using the DJDeals.com website or service because I broke the agreement of my purchase by opening a claim with paypal. (Oh, the horror!)  
 
Turns out that they had actually shipped the item, but nobody could see fit to get back to me, and a week or so later I received it in the mail as advertised.  
 
I'd pretty much written off this purchase until I received an email from DJDeals stating the following:

I ordered Ultrasone “DJ1 Pro Headphones (2008 Version)” for $229.00 with the one year replacement Plan ($29.00). I ordered them on Thursday, June 12th and needed them for a Monday night gig (June 16th). I paid $10.00 for their "Rush Order Processing" and $53.00 for thier UPS Next Day shipping. The Rush Order Processing (ROP) stated that the order would be processed and given to UPS the same day, unless after 1500. Since the order was placed at 1522, I assumed it would be processed on Friday and the next UPS business day would be Monday. UPS did not deliver the item on Monday and I sent an e-mail to DJDeals requesting a refund for the $63.00 in expedited shipping charges. To this date (6/19), they have not replied to that e-mail. Their fine print states that the ROP only applied to items shipped from their warehouse. If the item was shipped from a Vendor, the ROP would only get the order to the Vendor the same day. Their website stated that the headphones were in stock and they were an authorized dealer. Nowhere through the entire purchasing process did it state that they were not in stock, would be shipped from Ultrasone or there would be any delays. On Tuesday, June 17th, a package arrived from Ultrasone in California. The box contained “DJ1 headphones” @ $129.35 and the invoice from Ultrasone stated the same. The DJ1 Pro series had hard case, two detachable cords, etc. I also got no information on the one year replacement plan that I paid for.  
 
I paid through PayPal (recommended by DJDeals) and contacted them to put in a dispute. Within hours DJDeals escalated it to a claim (meaning PayPal decides the outcome) and DJDeals stated that the “Manufacturer shipped me the headphones.” PayPal denied and closed the claim because they only deal with shipping issues. (So if I got a can of tuna, they wouldn't care.) I've had to dispute the charge with American Express, who is now trying to resolve this. There is no way to contact DJDeals by phone. They won't return my e-mails and I also haven't been able to get on their website for the past two days. I've tried contacting Ultrasone and when I got through on Tuesday, the sales person was out sick and they couldn't help me. I've called back numerous times for the past two days and they don't even pick up the phone anymore or respond to my voice mail.  
 
DJDeals got $321.50 of my money and I have a $129.00 pair of headphones that came too late for me to use when I needed them. It's obvious that DJDeals never contacted Ultrasone, or they would have known they shipped me the wrong model, unless that was their scam plan all along.  
 
I have no idea how long this will take to resolve, but based on DJDeals response / lack of response, it could be a long time.  
 
I would never buy anything from DJDeals again or recommend them to anyone. It's their loss because I buy a lot of DJ and Karaoke equipment and there are many legitimate dealers out there that are happy to take my money and give me what I paid for.  
 
I am going to pursue this to the end, through BBB and as many blogs as I can to get the word out about their shady dealing. The only good news is that I will be able to write off any money I spend to get this resolved.

I order an Hercules MK2. On the positive side the shipping was amazingly fast.The product was as ordered.  
The customer service was poor. I sent 2 emails to ask for confirmation of order and got nothing back! Nest thing I know, I receive a shipping UPS tracking number. Great prices also.

This is the second major purchase (over $2000) that i have made from www.djdeals.com. I couldn't be happier with the speed, service, and products received from them. Their prices can't be beat and I highly recomend them.

This guy is a bit of a jerk. Great price on E4 earbuds by Shure. Item arrived fine, works great.  
 
Issue is that he sent gray when the picture on his site was for the black earbuds. These are not $10 items, so I questioned this. He said Shure only offered these in gray. Remind you his own site had them pictured in black. I stated that to him along with reference to Shure's web site. He then replied back that the E4c is in white. Still non-responsive. I last sent an image from Shure's site where they state "Now in Black".  
 
I told this guy that an apology would have sufficed. It was not a big deal. It was his lying and patronizing attitude that did not sit well. I would encourage others not to put a penny in this guy's wallet.

Pro's: Great price on the Shure earbuds I was looking for. Fast confirmation of order and prompt shipping (good shipping price). Item worked great.  
 
Con's: Very very difficult to find customer service help on the website as there seems to be no easy way to look at your order or track your shipment.

Terrible return policy. They will not answer the phone and state this in their voicemail greeting. They will only reply to voice mail within 3 days and only by email. Here is their return policy:  
 
RETURN POLICY  
 
We reserve the right to refuse any return.  
 
Returned items must be UNOPENED, showing no signs of wear or a 20% restocking fee will apply, no exceptions. Any products not returned in the exact condition originally shipped from the manufacturer (e.g. weathered packaging, opened packaging, or any product that is not 100% new as it was shipped originally) require a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.  
 
The original shipping and handling charges paid to ship the item to you are not refundable & we are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an item to us.  
 
No returns are allowed after 1 calendar month from the original delivery date of your order.  
 
No returns are accepted without prior WRITTEN authorization from JOYRYDE INC by email. Returning an item without a written authorization will result in a mandatory 20% fee.  
UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS (UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE):  
Microphones, DJ cartridges & styli, DVD's, slipmats, headphones & earphones and replacement parts (cross faders, switches, power supplies, and any part that is considered a replacement part by Joyryde Inc.).
